This is not what I come to expect from a chain such as Marriott. The room climate control did not work, there was no hot water for the shower, and the room was extremely noisy. I slept very little and was very disappointed.

The property is updated. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very polite. This was my 2nd time staying here. Let’s not forget it’s literally across the street from LaGuardia Airport.

The staff were friendly, enjoyable, good humored, and knowledgeable. The lounging area was nice and inviting. Checking in and out was seamless. The room was clean and comfortable. I did need for maintenence to come and unplug the shower drain once. After that the shower was fine. Loved the lighted mirrors in the room and bathroom. The toilet was kinda tricky if you didn't get the tissue in the middle of the water the suction was strong but still didn't remove the tissue. Had to flush 4 to 5 times before everything was gone. The breakfast was just soso if you don't eat pork products. They did have plenty of bacon and sausage. The waffles were very hard. The blueberry pancakes were good. The fruit was ripe and delicious. A good selection of croissants, pastries, bagels and muffins. The liquid eggs were to be expected. It would have been nice to have bottled water in the room but was told this was discontinued after Covid-19. It was nice to have access to the airport shuttle to and from the hotel. Overall, a very positive stay!

Very good location and close to the airport. The shuttle is very convenient and takes you to the airport when needed within minutes. You can take public transportation into the city from the bus stop at the airport.
