Pleasant Stay

Pleasant stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Close to Penn station and Amtrak station. I only stayed for one day and wish I had time to visit the roof top. My daughter did go up to see it quickly.

Excellent staff, they even let me check in early. I would definitely return. Location is a 5 minute walk to the train station which is perfect for me. Times square is probably about 20 minutes walking.

Had multiple flies in room, woke up with multiple bites from mosquitoes from bed.. After reaching out to Expedia, Expedia claimed that the hotel denied any compensation because we did not mention at checkout however nobody asked us during our stay or checkout how things were.. bad place to stay unless if you like unclean rooms

Great experience

We wanted to find a convenient hotel in Midtown with an option of a roof top restaurant, and we found our place. Wonderful and patient staff. My family and I were in the room mainly to sleep but we did check out the restaurant on the roof. Good views of the surrounding area. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Midtown.
