Staff doesn’t know how to make a hot chocolate. I had requested three times before I got it right. We have enjoyed better food at other 5 star hotels. Breakfast is not that great.

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney
We have stayed here before and enjoyed it immensly. Nothing has changed, enjoyed it again. Great location and great ambience with the old Post Office look and the new.
