Everything was over the top! Location, staff, restaurants, concierge, decor, cleanliness, service were all as perfect as you would rxpect. We required assistance storing and retrieving a rental mobility scooter and wheelchair. The concierge desk was helpful and accomodating. I heartily recommend the Four Seasons Sydney and would stay again.

We were lucky to be upgraded to full view premium room which wqs so fantastic. Position of the hotel is also unique with views of both harbour bridge and opera house from windows on different sides. Amazing experience.

The Four Seasons Hotel Sydney what’s the perfect choice for us as we were on a cruise and this location was ideal. It was just across the port and we could walk directly to our cruise ship. There was restaurants and shopping nearby transportation to the Sydney zoo was also very convenient there in the Quay across from the hotel.

We stayed in room 303 and there was an annoying noise we noticed on check in. We reported it straight away and were told that somebody would come to the room shortly. We didnt have long as we were booked for dinner out. We saw nobody within and hour. We then went to the front desk and complained and still saw nobody all stay !!! I think it was wind noise as it wasnt there the following morning, but was very annoying
