The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them they were always very polite and very friendly. The rooms are getting tired and needing revamping but the hotel is in an excellent location. The pool area was very welcome given Sydney’s hot weather during our stay.

Staff are friendly and the room and bathroom were very clean. It can be quite noisy in thre room at times with traffic noise from Harris St and the wooden floor from the room above. Overall, l I would recommend.

The cot provided had a thin mattress and towel which is uncomfortable for anyone to sleep on. The air-conditioning self-regulates and does not stay on the selected temperature, which makes the room uncomfortable during a warm night.

Absolutely horrible experience Room was bare minimum but nice Employees were no help and rude Blood on glass and black spots like mold or cigaretteburns on the linen we had to sleep on the fold out lounge I asked for all my money back n didn't receive a cent back
