We arrived prior to check in time and were able to leave our bags and go exploring. Great service. We received a message advising us when our room was ready. The room was clean and spacious. Great place to stay if you’re going to see a show at the Lyric Thestre.

Service was hit and miss at front desk - some friendly and helpful (Mahesh & Chloe) others not. Almost impossible to reach guest services by phone from the room which was very poor. No staff visible around the hotel so it lacked warmth and soul. No hotel bar .

Withered pot of plant in my room. Asians like us who patronise the Casino sees this as bad omen!!!!
