We had a wonderful stay overall. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made it perfect for our family. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. The location was also incredibly convenient, with the tram practically at our doorstep—making it so much easier to get around with kids. The only downside was the pool. Unfortunately, it was extremely cold and not usable, which was disappointing, especially during such warm weather. Even after several hot days, the rooftop pool didn’t seem to warm up. Our family, along with others, were really looking forward to swimming, so this was a letdown and something that would likely influence our decision to stay again.

The room was clean but in a dire need of updating from this 1990s look and state. The car park was a nightmare, the QR payment and access system was not working properly with the camera unable to read the license plate leaving us stranded in front of the boom gate 2 times.

Staff were friendly and helpful Location is excellent only 10 minutes walk to Darling Harbour. Rooms were clean when we arrived but during our stay they only did the beds and changed the towels. They don’t seem to vacuum or clean the toilet properly.
