Very tired hotel. Well situated in the center of Sydney but the hotel itself is in serious need of some TLC. Room look into center of hotel so very dreary. The staff was lovely but they have limited options to work with.

Our room on the 11th floor was spacious and very quiet, exactly what we wanted. The negative is that the smell, old frying oil, coming from the venues on the ground floor of the hotel found their way through the vents in our room at 6.30 am which made it less enjoyable.

Always pleasant to stay here, at the Grace. Good service from the parking, bell service, check in and check out… they even accommodated my request of late check out for free. Also, the free mini bar is always a welcome addition. Great central location. Close to many dining options and light rail and shopping areas, but quiet enough to have a good rest after a long day walking around the city.

I've stayed here every year for almost a decade now andni love this place. The recent (ish) renos have made a big difference but the location is just too good to ignore. It's such a central location for everything in sydney

The hotel is in a good location, with great staff but unfortunately the hotel is noisy with club and bar music playing loudly until the early hours of morning. The walls are paper thin too with hotel guests heard throughout the night. Be sure to ask for a quiet room.
