I was thoroughly impressed by the view, the room, the cocktail lounge, the bar, and the substantial breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Notably, I was able to check in early due to the early arrival of my flight. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Maria and Carol, who were exceptionally helpful and deserve recognition for their outstanding service. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Our room was available even though we were early. The room was spotless, well appointed and comfortable. The view of the harbour was magnificent.

The air conditioning vent was very noisy - like a jet engine going for most of the night. We got next to no sleep. Very disappointing considering this is usually a top place to stay.
