The view of the harbour bridge delivered on the advertising. The staff were lovely especially Josh in the bar and the lady who checked us in. The gym is a bit limited - some free weights would be an improvement.

Much more organisation. I requested an extra bed. No bed when I got there. Buffet breakfast was a hazle as I had to pay separately. The check out day i was being charged breakfast fee. The bathroom window screen needs replacing. Mould. Found a spider in my bed. My expectations were high. Considering the rate is expensive.

Staff were very polite, and helpful when needed. Amazing views over the harbour. Parking was one of the cheaper options available compared to other hotels and public transport was very close and super easy to navigate, didn’t use the car for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was amazing. We would definitely keep this hotel high on the list for our next stay in Sydney.
