I had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and well set up, making it easy to relax. The highlight was definitely the view — absolutely stunning, with the Harbour Bridge, Luna Park, and the city skyscrapers all in sight. A perfect spot for enjoying Sydney’s skyline, both day and night. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel The “view”. Room 205 has a tree blocking one of the most iconic views in the world. Buffet breakfast was on, the food temp needs to be a lot warmer, fried potatoes need to be crispy not soggy. Bar service was fine even though only one barman in attendance. Bar closed early. Disappointed to be honest. Logistically, tube service, buses and taxis are excellent. On the whole friendly staff, spotlessly clean, food needs an uplift, will however stay here again.

The room was a nice size,bed comfortable and nice linens and great towels. Front desk staff were lovely as were restaurant staff for breakfast. Bar service staff was absent a lot and didn’t really seem to take any notice of customers when he did return to the bar. There was a strong smell of damp outside the elevators on the 6th floor as if there was a leak over a long time. The hotel needs a facelift and fresh paint and carpets

Good but not as good as it used to be.

The hotel is very good in many ways and good for the price and location. However as a regular customer some things are going down hill. The breakfast used to be one of the best. It seems that the quality and variety are somewhat less than in the past. Charge a bit more rather than cut the quality and variety. Please?

I’ve stayed at the view many times for work purposes. This time I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and felt very welcomed. The lady on reception who checked me in and also checked me out after 3 nights was lovely. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable as always. The beds and pillows are the best of all other hotels in the area. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again.
