Great view and near to the train station. Due to the New Year’s Eve celebration, the drive way to the hotel was closed. So be prepare to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs which can be challenging if you have huge luggage

The hotel is a bit tired. Needs new carpet and the rooms need updating. Our bathtub had 2 chips in the bottom and our robes were torn. Staff was superb and can’t beat the View.

Don't stay on the northern side if you want a good sleep. The noise of the trains, road and nightclub were really noisy. Room size and facilities were great.

The view from our room of the Harbour side was the only reason to stay there as it’s a 2.5 star hotel! It is located over the the train tracks, so it is extremely noisy with trains going under that they will provide you with ear plugs! The whole hotel needs an overhaul starting with sound proofing the rooms, carpets are not dirty & stained particularly in public areas, The bathrooms are rather meh & not particularly big. The hotel room furniture is rather dated, yet the mattress was comfortable despite the sheets not quite fitting properly. I will say reception were rather nice & particularly Daniel, who took time out to help us with our luggage to the taxi when we left for the airport. So there is no such thing as a bellman here if you require assistance.

Fabulous hotel and in 1406 we must have had the best room in the hotel for the view of The Bridge for the NYE fireworks. Great access to the Sydney CBD across the bridge.

Expectacular view of the harbor. Clean property. Close to metro y taxi station. Inside restorant. Close to an shapping plaza, several eateries and coffe places. The downside: 1. A guess needs to request room cleaning service, otherwise the room is not clean. 2. Although the hotel is accessible by car, it can be challenging for senior and people with some physical disabilities to walk in- and-out of the hotel via a ramp and stairs.
