The staff were friendly and the facilities good. The towels were rather thin and worn. My biggest issue is that in the early hours of the morning, we were woken and kept awake by drilling and vibration, presumably from deep underground in the adjacent Metro. This went on for some hours. My wife and I luckily both have noise cancelling ear buds, so we had to try to sleep wearing them and listening to soft music.the desk clerk said they often aren’t advised of such work (this may be true, but a waning might be useful.). Being told we should have called the desk at the time (3am) wasn’t really realistic either.but perhaps a warning would help

Hi. Stayed with you on several occasions and feel that the cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch. Used t-bags were put in the toilet from cleaning staff. Flannels were not replaced.

A good standard room hindered by being near street level, noisy side of the Pacific Highway. Loud party in the room immediately above carried on until 1am-2am. Reception did not ask how my stay was but I expressed my disappointment. Won't be staying there again.

Room was nice and modern, location was also great to the metro. Didn’t give the property 5 stars as there is certainly room for improvement. Receptionist was rude and not very helpful on multiple occasions. There was one older gentleman who was lovely. Towels 2 days in a row had massive stains and we consistently had to ask for flannels every day. Room on day 2 was not cleaned. They pulled the bed sheets up, left doors open and the cleaners room key, seems like they rushed out. Also sign in bathroom states if you hang your towels they won’t be changed, which we did everyday to help with sustainability yet house keeping switched them out. Not a major but seems like they could focus on other areas then changing towels out.

Very cold and unfriendly staff. Terrible check in. Called to see if the room was ready around 1:45 they said they can’t tell me. Turned up at 2:15 and they said not ready and they asked me to fill out the paperwork and show id and I did and they said they’ll call me and that check in is at 3. No one called. I turned at 3 and everyone else was checking in and they didn’t call me. When I said I thought someone is going to call she asked for ID again. Very unfriendly staff. The room stank of the guy cologne before us. Had to leave the door open just to be able to get some air. Hair from previous person on bed and in the bathroom.
