The location was excellent. Located right across the street from the metro and bus stop it was easy to get anywhere we needed. There were a lot of good shops and food locations near by. The room itself was quite noisy with music from the restaurant right above us audible until around 11 each night (we were on the main floor). The conference rooms made me feel a bit awkward walking past a business meeting every time I went to my room. The water in the room was not adequately hot and it took a very long time to heat up both for hand washing / shaving and shower. We found a lot of dust on the AC vents and under the bed which was a little unsettling. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel, clean, good sized rooms. Only downside was the elevators - 2 of 3 were not functioning so wait times were too long (would make more sense to service one at a time).

Was a convenient location for getting into the city and for working in and around North Sydney. Only downside was their lifts werent working so you had to carry your bags up the stairs one level to get to reception. They did have a lift from reception to rooms working. Otherwise rooms were comfortable, clean and easy. Would definitely stay again.
