Nice hotel, clean, good sized rooms. Only downside was the elevators - 2 of 3 were not functioning so wait times were too long (would make more sense to service one at a time).

Was a convenient location for getting into the city and for working in and around North Sydney. Only downside was their lifts werent working so you had to carry your bags up the stairs one level to get to reception. They did have a lift from reception to rooms working. Otherwise rooms were comfortable, clean and easy. Would definitely stay again.

I assumed that because it was a hotel and not and airb&b they will make the bed, but they didn't. The bathroom floor was not completely clean.

Extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. Right above eateries, a Metro Woolies and the metro, meant it was well positioned and close to my conference. A truly first world problem was the subdued lighting in the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was lovely and clean, they cleaned our room every day and provided us with a bottle of wine as part of our booking. They also stored our luggage on the last day which made it enjoyable. Overall a great experience
