The room felt like a broom cupboard. It looked as though it was in the middle of being updated with plaster board type walls with great gaps round the ceiling, plugs etc. We were on the 1st floor and could hear the underground trains. Had to walk like a crab to get round the bed.

My room was realy tiny ,small but ok. I was disappointed because i had suitcase and I have to walk on the steps 🙃 to my room. I'm over 60 years old and it was hard for me Nobady tell me about this when I booked room in your hotel .Staff was nice ,helpfull room clean .Location very good. .

The room was very small, the aircon wasn’t working very well, so it became stuffy quickly. The room just was not cleaned very well, and was looking very tired. Location was perfect!!

The staff at reception were very courteous and polite. My room even though small was very good, two people may have been a bit squishy. Bed was comfortable and even pillows were good. Also no wine glasses provided, so used a coffee cup haha which did the trick. Would recommend for a short stay.

The room was small, which was OK as I was a solo traveler. The condition of both the room and overall facilities can only be described as beyond tired, with large insects both in & out of the lift. The cleaner endeavored to clean my room a couple of hours before check out. This shows a lack of communication/systems. While it is unlikely that I will stay there again, the hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced. On balance, I would probably opt to pay a little more.
