Great location easy walking distance to transport, eateries and shopping, at a good room rate. No window to outside for fresh air but the room was compact clean and comfortable.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city. Great value for money. Has the basic essentials except a microwave. Don’t expect any frills or fancy luxury. Just a quiet quaint hotel in a central location close to many places to eat and shop. Everything is walking distance to here. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Will definitely consider returning to this hotel.

Comfortable & affordable option right downtown

Right in the heart of downtown within walking distance to the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Sydney Opera House, and Harbour Bridge. Plus there are plenty of restaurants close by and a real grocery store and liquor store across the street. Staff were great. Room was on the smaller side but it was plenty comfortable and had everything we needed.

a rather disappointing stay with housekeeping accidently removing/throwing out some items, mid stay. I think they got a checkout vs a room service mixed up. Some items were able to be recovered but not all.

There was some kind of alarm going off either outside room 405 or in the light well outside the window periodically all night which disturbed sleeping, so not a good night's rest.

When I request they provided me but when I check out then put away bags used to put in the room without thinking I went there but the staff was saying 'where are you going' She shoud have correct this is not the room used to put the bag away. Therefore all the bags are outside near the reception. I may not be going back.

Room dodgy and dirty!

I booked this room for our colleague who visited Sydney for a client meeting and she said the hotel room qaa dodgy and dirty, geez! Thats really bad and making me feeling guilty because I was the one who chose this hotel for her. So the reviews for this hotel are fake ?!?
