They lack basic amenities for like a coffee machine , microwave and a full service restaurant … just a caffe style which got very limited options. Their house keeping is top notch - I’ll give 10/10 for that .

Couldn’t control the temp, the room wouldn’t go lower than 72F all night. A little too warm to sleep on. This was in the middle of winter, even with the window open.

The AC didn’t work! Had to open window! The coffee should be complimentary. Had to wait in line everyday just to buy a cup of coffee. At least have another line for plain coffee. It was serve yourself so shouldn’t have to wait in line to pay for it.

When I went to my room, the bed was unmade and there were dirty towels all over the bathroom floor. They got me another room, which was fine, but walking into an unclear room was very upsetting.
