Absolute 5/5 in my opinion! Clean spacious rooms, comfortable bed & pillows. Coffee shop right next to main reception. Friendly staff. Loved the access to the level 19 executive lounge, the afternoon canapés oysters on a Saturday night was a nice surprise! The breakfast in the executive lounge was amazing, best selection. Highly recommend this hotel

The room was great! Wit the cyclone, no access to the pool was understandable, but no gym or steam room was only explained by a rude staff member saying 'its not availble', no sorry, a meal voucher or apologies for charging a normal rate and not providing the services advertised. Staff member needs an attitude adjustment too.

Loved this hotel. I like the decor. The staff were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was an enjoyable stay. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, which was a nice surprise. Having a bottle of wine to celebrate the birthday we were away for was a lovely addition, thank you very much. The location was fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Only thing I would note is that the shower temperature fluctuated quite a lot during our showers so that’s something to be mindful of.

We had a corner room with a panoramic view across the canals and towards the mountains. It’s a very new and very modern hotel, part of the Star complex. Short walk to Pacific Fair shopping centre and to Kurrawa beach. You can swim at the beach in front of the Kurrawa Surf Lifesavers Club or in one of the many pools in the hotel complex. Lots of eating and entertainment options within the complex and at Broadbeach. Great service, Don the concierge was particularly helpful.

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous pool and pool deck area. Access to star casino & their pool also. Close to Broadbeach and pacific fair shopping. We visited in January school holidays so was very busy - pool was packed and check in slow & delayed. Would recommend and likely stay again out of peak holiday time.

Enjoyed our five night stay, and the executive package was definitely worth it The only downfall was pool area not enough seating and people leaving their towels from 6am to reserve. Staff at pool area should not allow this to happen.

Just a bit hard for the parking, need to walk quite awhile to the hotel from parking. Other than that it’s a great hotel
