I travel a lot and I stay at different star rating hotels and I’m blown away that these days high rating hotel services are at 1 star rating now. Service here was shocking , misinformation was given to us several times and for the money we paid the breakfast at McDonald menu had bigger range to chose from than this place. I’m very disappointed and please please do not waste your money going here if you are looking to at least get what you paid for as this hotel will NOT deliver that .

After paying for two days in full with my credit card the staff weren’t satisfied with that for whatever reason however they thought it was ok to leave me and my 10 year old son waiting from 3-4pm till 10:30/11pm due to the deposit amount being held up. The simple fact that I’d already spent $4300 on hotels in the same week should of been proof enough but I understand they had doubts fair enough but the smarter option would of been to charge me for the one day and take the 200 off the second day and should that be a drama at all

Bed was luxurious! Clean unit with all we needed. Enjoyed breakfast at Harvest Cafe, it was a shame that the person who served us, older lady with glasses and short hair, was so disrespectful towards people who she spoke to re room numbers to confirm breakfast bookings. No patience, rude to people ie ‘I can’t understand what you’re saying, what do you mean’ thankfully on the Monday morning it was back to a more polite and warm person serving people. Only low point in an otherwise wonderful stay. Special shout out to wonderful staff on reception who handed out Xmas cheer in the form of ‘bubbles’ whil we waited to be served. Also were wonderful with customers and most accommodating!
