Everything was good about the property,even though parking was a little confusing.Not happy with the lateness of the return of the bond. Webookedout over a week ago,, on Friday the 2nd May. It is now the10th May, and it still hasn't been returned. We pay the deposit straight away, and yet it has still not been returned.

Absolute 5/5 in my opinion! Clean spacious rooms, comfortable bed & pillows. Coffee shop right next to main reception. Friendly staff. Loved the access to the level 19 executive lounge, the afternoon canapés oysters on a Saturday night was a nice surprise! The breakfast in the executive lounge was amazing, best selection. Highly recommend this hotel

Perfect hotel

This is my favourite hotel in the Gold Coast at the moment. Staff are always friendly and professional, rooms are beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Perfect views across the range. The pool is probably one of the best in the Goldie. Really enjoyed my short overnight stay

The room was great! Wit the cyclone, no access to the pool was understandable, but no gym or steam room was only explained by a rude staff member saying 'its not availble', no sorry, a meal voucher or apologies for charging a normal rate and not providing the services advertised. Staff member needs an attitude adjustment too.

Great hotel in a convenient location, connected to the casino, across the road from a huge shopping centre and the tram stop to surfers paradise. Hotel staff were all lovely and very helpful. Rooms were nice, leaning towards smart casual not high luxury, but they were great nonetheless. Would stay again.

had a terrible experience with the customer service management during my two-night stay. The staff couldn't accommodate me in the same room for both nights, and I was left devastated when no one brought me the key to the other room on the top floor. As someone with a disability, this was incredibly frustrating. I didn’t end up staying the second night. To make matters worse, my girlfriend left upset, and a casino carousel security guard caused further distress on my birthday. While I was trying to pay her carousel fee, he treated me unfairly and acted inappropriately, which was deeply upsetting. As someone who is a lifetime associate, this kind of treatment made me feel threatened and unwelcome. I stayed at a five-star establishment expecting quality, but the experience was completely ruined. While my girlfriend could have helped resolve the key issue, I felt unsupported and overlooked because of my disability. It seemed like no one cared. Unfortunately, I missed out on my last night due to this series of upsetting events. Otherwise love this place excellent

Broadbeach

Staff were very nice! Nice comfortable room. Opted for the executive floor with breakfast and late afternoon drinks/food. Great location. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants as well as the casino. Will stay here again!
