Very nice hotel with great view from our room. Wasnt a fan of the pillows on the bed. Without shape and support. Was also surprised that there was a delivery charge on room service unless you spent over $100. Very nice breakfast Convenient location with the tram line right out the front.

Hotel staff very friendly, hotel and rooms very clean. Requested a table and chairs for our balcony and was accommodated quickly. I would recommend the hotel put some type of anti slip or change the material around the pool, the decking is extremely slippery when wet and I fell while trying to get out of the pool

The hotel feels quite tired overall. The furniture is old and worn, and the bed was very low and uncomfortable. The shower was frustrating — it’s almost impossible to adjust the hot and cold water properly because the pipes seem outdated. While the pool area is nice, the lifts are old and slow. The breakfast is decent but overpriced at around $30 per person if you decide to have it on the spot and if it is not included in your rate. The location is only average — it’s not far from the beach, but there isn’t much to do nearby and the surrounding area is under construction. On a positive note, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming — especially Sophie and the French trainee, who both provided excellent customer service and made check-in and check-out very pleasant. Overall, it’s an expensive hotel for the level of service and quality offered. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The view from our room on floor 21 was amazing! Highly recommended the salmon from the hotel restaurant and breakfast !! Also if you have an electric car charging was complementary I also include the parking in my package was convenient. Good value for money and all services.

The room we were assigned (pool view) is quite noisy, I can’t sleep well at the first night coz the people living next door kept on talking during midnight even I put on my ear plug, I can still hear. On the 3rd day, after our day trip we returned at around 4pm and surprisingly discovered our room was not serviced, maybe because it’s a busy holiday season but I was quite disappointed. The only part I appreciated is that all the reception staff are very nice and helpful.
