Our apartment was 10/10 as well as costumer service. Pools were absolutely freezing and not swimable. We have a 10 month and 26 month old and there wasn’t any facilities safe for them eg playground, locked area around the pools. No park space or playground either walking distance from the hotel.

The first two nights I could not sleep. There was a problem with some door supposably that the engineer said it was howling and whistling for literally two days two nights it’s not until I spoke to 3 managers and said I was going to leave that it got sorted out

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were relatively clean. However, we had a very unpleasant experience that affected our entire trip. While using the dry sauna, we encountered several cockroaches, and unfortunately, a few even crawled onto my wife’s legs. She has a strong phobia of cockroaches, and this incident caused her significant stress and discomfort. From that moment on, we were constantly worried about the cleanliness and the possibility of encountering more insects throughout our stay. Although some aspects of the hotel were good, this experience made it hard for us to relax and enjoy our time there. We hope the hotel management takes this seriously and improves pest control in the future.

It is located in middle of nightclub area so couldn’t sleep Friday and Saturday night because of noise. And Sunday was loud too just not for as long. Was disappointed as wanted a relaxing and refreshing break but left very exhausted and tired.

Hilton hotel is very well positioned in Gold Coast. It is in the middle of the action. Staff are very friendly. The room was serviced everyday, however I found some leftover piece of food on the floor next to the bed head. I assume it was from the previous guests as I did not eat on the bed. I noticed it when I dropped my mobile on the floor next to the bed. On the positive side, on arrival, the reception gave me excellent room with ocean view. I will stay there again.

The view from the room was beautiful and definitely a highlight of the stay. Staff were very friendly and I had a good welcoming experience. However, the furniture felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade to match the five-star standard. The restaurant also didn’t quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this level—both in terms of variety and quality. Overall, it was a good stay, but there’s room for improvement.
