We stayed as a family of four and were very disappointed with one of the beds provided. It was a foldable bed that was extremely wobbly and squeaky. The constant movement and noise made it nearly impossible to get a proper night’s sleep, especially for our kids, it was honestly quite torturous. We expected much better from Paradise Resort and were shocked that such a poor quality bed was considered acceptable for guests. This significantly affected our experience

The event staff went above and beyond. Thier dedication to entertainment for the kids was second to none. We enjoyed our stay there immensily and should we return to the coast we will be back for sure. 12/10 would recommend to anyone with young families. Also the location to major theme parks was great, but also the distance to the shops and town was great. I feel like you could go here on holiday and not even leave the place!!

This place was crazy. Hands down, the coolest hotel for kids. I was skeptical with all the resorts nearby that cater to kids, but his one really takes the cake. The playgrounds (indoor, outdoor, pool playgrounds), the skating rink, games room, its so worth it. Only criticism id have is that the staff at the restaurants are a bit short (like serving is an inconvenience) but the bar team, front desk, all lovely. Would also say in a post covid world where not many hotels do daily maintenance of rooms (changing towels and making beds) are not too common anymore, this was a nice surprise. We'll be back.

Great family stay, would recommend. Great food, lovely staff and so accomodating for kids I was abit nervous travelling with young children but felt very comfortable from the time of arrival. The only negative was a communication issue as I expressed an interest in late check out prior to arrival and sent a few emails unfortunately wasn’t able to secure due to response time but amazing stay .
