We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Pines. The location, setting and views were absolutely fantastic and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise. On our last night we slept with the curtains open and the glittering cityscape and stars in the distance were amazing! There was a lovely relaxed energy about the Resort that we loved. There was also really lovely family vibes. The room service staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating. Cleanliness was ok. There was some old grime around the base of the tap in the bathroom that needed a really good scrub to get rid of and a few old bugs that hadn't been vacumned up along the wall. I really appreciated the focus on the environment and sustainability. Free parking and wifi was a huge added benefit. The Tee's Clubhouse menu needs to be modernised as there was a lack of gluten free options available. I would have loved say some Buckwheat Crepes or Pancakes for breakfast. Same again with the room service menu. In general our room and stay was awesome, and we would definitely stay again. I also really appreciated the express checkout service as we left very early in the morning, which meant we could just get on our way. Highly recommend Royal Pines :)
