Great 😊 just small issue with paid parking that was paid for at check in but wasn’t entered on hotel computers and when I tried to exit I couldn’t get out and expected to pay for parking but easy fix once flagged to hotel staff

Great value and location. I stayed at Novotel for 1 night when Tropical Cyclone Alfred made it to land. The hotel is very outdated. The lighting is poor at the restaurant and hall ways to get to your room. It feels like I’ve time travelled back 30 years ago. In saying that, I did not feel the hotel room was dirty at all; it was clean. The ‘Family room’ bathroom is tiny though and felt very claustrophobic. I believe they have renovation plans in place already, and looking forward to seeing the new Novotel.
