Stayed here for 7 nights. Unfortunately, the system didn’t recognise that I was Platinum status with Expedia. The front desk did provide 2 drink coupons upon asking but a bit disappointed there wasn’t more on offer. Overall stay was good. Positives: short wait for lifts, pool and spa with quick food/drink service, helpful and friendly staff. Improvements: bathroom setup wasn’t the best. The vanity/sink was difficult to navigate as there was a shelf right above the sink and the shower tended to make the entire bathroom floor wet and slippery.
