We were so excited to stay in a resort but we were left feeling disappointed. It's very run down, overgrown. WiFi connection wasn't great at all, Vodafone reception was also terrible. The small pools water was very murky , full of dead leaves and slimy when you got in. For a family resort two high chairs at the restaurant is not nearly enough. We joined many a family trying to wrangle a toddler on our lap and eat dinner with high chairs nowhere to be seen. Swim up bar definitely hasn't been operational in a very long time , it's covered in dirt and animal droppings, we were all excited for a swim up mocktail , so that was a let down. Photos on the website should be updated to reflect the condition better. In saying all that, staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Food at the restaurant was nice. The big pools are good for swimming and the price we paid was definitely fitting.

When we arrived to check in, the service was really unpleasant, the lady kept interrupting us and rushed through everything, even though no one else was waiting. Then we discovered that our “beautiful view” from the bedroom was of a dark hallway full of trash and rusty tools, and the view from the living area was directly onto the walkway where everyone passes by, so people could see right into our room. We had to keep the curtains closed the entire time. The bathroom door was broken, the walls were paper-thin, and we were supposed to have a kitchenette but only got a microwave and a kettle. I was really disappointed, the room looked beautiful in the photos, but it was nothing like that in reality.

I stayed at this resort three times and was able to enjoy many of the features, including the great breakfast and dinner options onsite. The rooms are comfortable, and the pools look nice and suitable for families. It's not really walkable to the CBD but it's only a short Uber or bus ride away.,
