Our stay at the Hilton has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Eena at reception was absolutely beautiful—her calm, friendly nature instantly eased the stress of our travels and set the tone for a peaceful stay. Each morning, Lyli at the café made our experience even more delightful. Her kindness, attentiveness, and warm smile brightened our day and made us feel truly cared for. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a lovely experience. What could have been a stressful trip turned into something calm, comfortable, and truly memorable. We will definitely be back!

It was a nice stay. We’d just come from Palm Cove, so it felt a little tired and busy in comparison. We liked the view of the river. We found the Esplanade very windy but maybe we were just unlucky? The staff were lovely and the Little Hilton stamp collecting was cute for our kid. But annoying having to pay additional charge for parking - not sure we would choose this place again based on that.

Exceeded our expectations by far. The club level room was so worth the extra cash…the view of the water and marina was spectacular. The room is a little dated as is the rest of the property but it is immaculately clean and the staff incredibly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was vast with something for everyone (the scrambled eggs weren’t good though). Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another stay.

Excellent service, housekeeping, location, room size, balcony, bed, amenities, pool, buffet breakfast. As a very minor criticism, the rooms/bathrooms could be due an update, but otherwise the hotel is absolutely perfect and I would definitely re-visit!!

Clean, family-friendly, great pool and spa for big and little kids with a nice table tennis. Beautiful scenic waterview from the balcony of the waterfront esplanade and palm trees. Buffet breakfast was great with variety, very friendly staff, especially Lynn, who always greeted us with a smile each morning. Fantastic stay.
