Sure, living vicariously through your mates' travel posts is fun. But with such a brilliant range of hotels in Bundaberg, why not take a break and snap your own #TravelLife masterpieces instead? Whether you're looking for something fancy or low key, you're spoiled for choice here. lastminute.com.au has 20 places to base yourself all within 5 kilometres of downtown Bundaberg.
To chillax in the middle of all the action, try out the Takalvan Motel or the Best Western Bundaberg Cty Mtr Inn. The Econo Lodge Park Lane and the AAOK Riverdale Caravan Park are also well worth considering.
Visitors seeking a handy neighbourhood should check out Bargara. It's 13 kilometres from the middle of Bundaberg and has 16 hotel options. We recommend the Manta Bargara Resort, C Bargara Resort, Bargara Blue Resort, Kacys Bargara Beach Motel and The Point Resort.
If you're seeking ways to relax or get in some exercise, head over to Baldwin Swamp Environment Park. Location, location, location! Spend your stay at the Chalet Motor Inn and Matilda Motel and you'll be pretty much next to it. No matter whether you tend to drink lagers or stouts, you'll thoroughly enjoy calling into Bundaberg Barrel. If you'd rather chill out near this attraction, take a look at the Villa Mirasol Motor Inn and Sugar Country Motor Inn.
Unfortunately, there are just a few economical hotels for budget-conscious travellers. Of these, Bundaberg Park Lodge is up there with the best.
You might also like to stay at the Alexandra Apartments, which is 3 kilometres away. Or maybe the Best Western Boulevard Lodge, just a distance of 4 kilometres from Bundaberg. If those options aren't up your alley, you may prefer the Country Comfort Bundaberg or the MAS Country Bert Hinkler.
It's well known that Aussies just love to have a good time, so consider chilling out a little longer and checking out the Hill of Promise Estate Winery and the Snakes Downunder Reptile Park in Doolbi, 40 kilometres to the south of Bundaberg. If you'd like to spend a night or two in Doolbi, look into the rates at the Childers Gateway Motor Inn and Childers Oasis Motel. 65 kilometres to the southeast of Bundaberg you can also stay at Point Vernon, which is home to the Villa Cavour Bed & Breakfast and Best Western Ambassador Motor Lodge. Reef World and Reefworld Aquarium are among the more popular attractions to check out in Point Vernon.
There's nothing more stressful than taxiing down the runway and wondering where on earth you're gonna stay that night. So why not get yourself sorted and book a room at the Alexandra Park Motor Inn? It's seriously close to Bundaberg Airport, which sits 5 kilometres from the centre of Bundaberg.
