Beautiful view and lovely employees. Bed was a tad uncomfortable. Sunrise and sunset in the river were brilliant! Wish there was outdoor seating and a screen to balcony.

Overpriced for the condition of the room.

I deliberately booked a normal room as I hate disabled bathrooms. After a 13 hour day and being completely exhausted I booked in. When I got to my room it was a disabled one. Too tired to go back and get it sorted. But very disappointed. For $253 a night the room was poor. The bathroom was run down and there was nowhere to put your toiletries etc. No paid TV, it was a $150 a night room at best. I was going to get room service but there were hardly any Gluten Free options so it was easier to get Doordash delivered. I’ll stay somewhere else next time. Overpriced for what you get.

My room was clean, tidy and comfortable. My meal was spectacular. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Second time I have stayed there and it looled like new owners this time.

Pretty nice hotel. Room was on the busy street side and was noisy. Upgrading to the river view would have been wise.

Will return again, very good. The hotel.location is good rigjt in the city and on the river. The staff there were friendly and efficient. I would advise putting put the do not disturb tag, if you want some space. House keeping kept coming to my room for various matters. Of course they have to do their job. The restaurant is first class, the service and food were well above expectations, the beautiful view of the Burnett River was jist so good. Recomme.t staying at this hotel just for the restaurant. Will be back.

I've stayed here before and this time they added a $7 surcharge on the EFTPOS payment extra, the room had no balcony, U could here people coming and going slamming doors all night echoing thru the hallway and I went out to get dinner and came back and there were no secure carparks underneath.. 3 of the parking spaces were filled with junk from the restaurant and hotel,tables and chairs etc . I need secure parking for my car and that's why I normally stay here..won't be staying again, the room prices have also gone up
