5/5 Excellent

I like it's a family friendly resort where kids & parents can stay happily as all the facilities in hotel catered esp for working parents & their kids needs.

Wonderful place to holiday with the family with plenty to do and friendly staff. Perhaps a little too much on the noisy side for an adult-only getaway though. And definitely needs more parking!

4/5 Good

It’s great for families, however it is quite expensive for what you get. Some parts of the resort need refurbishing. The food is good although repetitive in each of the dining facilities and quite expensive for sometimes basic fare. This is our third stay in 3 yrs and this time around I noticed the staff, particularly the catering staff aren’t as good as they once were. Little things like providing enough condiments when serving room service breakfast, providing a room service menu in the room, when taking a room service order taking the time to provide the guest with toast options rather than saying @white bread ok” each time when I enquired were they out of whole meal - no. Little things like this in addition to loosing our room service order then providing it complimentary 1.10 Hrs later only to receive a different order that neither of us could eat. Our lunch order also got lost at the waterfall cafe. On our last morning we had breakfast in the cafe next to shoreline restaurant and after waiting for 15 mins with other guests to order we were told by a guest who had finished his meal that his experience was that sometimes it was table service and sometimes it wasn’t. None of us knew what was on offer on Saturday morning so then left our tables and made our way over to the counter to the young ladies who had seated us to check how we could place our order. Apparently it was table service they were just busy. These young ladies were doing their best but needed more help.

Service was great. Our bathroom was a little dirty, the shower dripped all the time. There were cigarette butts in the grass when its a no smoking resort. The best room was the gym.
