on the booking page says parking available but it is not onsite so have to walk 6 or 7 minutes with luggage as the drive through was overcrowded. Went to order pizza and drink for room service but order refused as minimum order $90??? so then had to walk into town to get some food The tiled floor in my room had sand on it from previous guest which was annoying

Overall experience is excellent. I was on level 8. The view is great. My kids love swimming in the pool. The only downside is the lifts are very busy during peak time. Most of lifts are full so have to wait for ages.

This is our 3rd time staying at Meriton surfers paradise. We have been coming here for our anniversary for the past 3 years. We have also booked again for hubby's birthday in December. 😁 We like that Meriton is not in the riff raff in the heart of sufers but it's also not to far away from everything. We have found the staff to always be polite and helpful. This time we had one of the helpful staff show us a few rooms to help make our room selection easier for our next visit.
