The check-in receptionist is wonderful. The room isn’t clean. There are still leftovers food from the previous guest in the fridge. The bathroom sink has hair in the sink bowl. The property is in a perfect location though.

The check in wait was way to long. 1 1/2 persons doing non regular customer check-ins and the 1/2 also helping the VIP's with 2 others. Looking wait for checking in. After the check in all else was o.k.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It is very clean and safe. The restaurants are very good. Patricia at the front desk was amazing. We were having an issue with the shower and she was kind and helpful, she helped us move to another room quickly.
