we upgraded are two rooms at 12:30 the day of check in and rooms still weren't ready at 4....beyond frustrating! we spend all that extra money and can't get into room, completely unacceptable! do better! in addition to that we had 5 pm reservation for the view your rooftop experience and didn't have time to even freshen up after traveling all day because room wasn't ready

I love the location of this hotel. However, so does everyone else. I have never seen so many people in a hotel in my life. 1 hour wait in the lobby to check in. 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee at the gift shop, and a line so long for breakfast it was not tolerable....we just gave up each morning.

From the moment you step inside, you feel the energy and excitement of New York, yet once you’re in your room, it becomes a peaceful, luxurious retreat above the city. The views are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to Times Square glowing below you feels like something straight out of a movie. The rooms are spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The beds were heavenly, the bathrooms were beautiful, and everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort after long days of exploring the city. The location could not be better. You are literally steps from Broadway theaters, shopping, restaurants, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, and major subway lines — making it effortless to explore the entire city. One of the biggest highlights was the revolving restaurant and lounge — a must-do experience with stunning skyline views. It was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day and truly soak in the magic of New York. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
