Nice hotel, have stayed in past. Check in we waited an hour in lobby, finally go into room and it wasnt ready nor did anyone communicate with us. The air conditioning didnt work, thermostat stuck at 76 even with assistance from staff. Not ideal on a 90 degree week in August.

This was a great hotel in a great location. Close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and subway stations, we loved our stay. A lot reviews note the noise, and there is a very popular club on site. But if you stay in a higher floor, there was no noise. I was actually surprised with how quiet it was. Additionally, there is no real front desk, so there’s very little interaction with staff. But there was always someone in the lobby available and our room was always immaculate upon return, so no complaints there either. A great hotel for a good price in a great location. We will definitely stay again.

Very noise at night. Bar at rooftop has too many drunk people. A group of guys tried to start a fight with me. Very scary and too bad cause root top is such a nice place.
