The room was pretty worn out on the floors and in the shower. The check-in staff member was kind of rude after their hotel cancelled our reservation by accident, but everyone else was super nice.

We have stayed here before as it is convenient to my son who lives in the east village. The self check in and check out is convenient and the property is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for the dining and shopping we typically frequent. The rooftop view is exceptional to say the least! I do feel like it’s a bit too pricey but it is manhattan!
