This property is in serious need of upgrading. Room had damage on night stands, came with NO water glasses and missing toilet roll holder as well as “outside” only shower curtain which was soiled. The “facility” fee of $34/day is NOT charged at all Times squares hotels. There is no coffee service in the lobby OR in the room. The facility fee includes use of gym however does not offer anything else. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.

The bathroom needed a deep cleaning, the bathtub either needed replacing or some good elbow grease to clean it. The drain was blocked with hair and we had to call maintenance to clear. Walls needed painting and bathroom door did not lock

The building always smelled like urine. However, the room did not. The room was outdated. Old furniture with cracked paint on it. Shower/tube had rusted fan. Not very clean. Hotel was centrally located. I did like the decor in the lobby. Staff not that friendly.
