Location was great. Room very basic, not even a glass is provided. Check-in very busy, elevators so busy sometimes we had to take the stairs from the 22nd floor.

Staff was very friendly from the concierge, front desk, and housekeepers. Room was clean and had a great view of Times Square. Parking was easily located across the street. Located right in the heart of Times Square.

Perfect location for everything you need to see in NYC! Easy check-in and we felt very safe. The only negatives would be that is took about 20 min for an elevator each time and housekeeping came in at 9am even though the do not disturb was on lol. She was super nice though so it ended up being ok

The staff was courteous but the room accommodations were not up to the standard we expected. The wall in the bathroom was peeling up and had pink mildew. The heat didn’t seem to work. For the price we expected higher end accommodations.

The hotel staff was amazing, room mega clean, view amazing. I would update tv so guest can connect to app like Netflix o Peacock. Will stay there again. Amazing location.
