Everything was good, but I do have a problem with the AC. There was not cooling . I called and the technician say it was working fine. Brought me fan and even with that the room was not cold enough and the thermostat never went down to 75° the whole night. No sleep at all room to hot

This hotel was absolutely perfect for us! It was within blocks of all of the theaters we had show tickets for. The Belasco Theater “Maybe Happy Ending” was two doors away. The amazing restaurant Osteria Al Doge is across the street. We had a king size “ball drop view” room that was huge by some NY hotel standards. Very clean and super friendly staff. Awesome hotel in the heart of Times Square and we paid less than $300 a night. I highly recommend The Millenium!

The cleanliness of this hotel is very questionable. The curtains were absolutely nasty, the bathroom looked it wasn’t washed after the guest prior to me checking in and the water drained so slowly. The staff were nice. Only reason I’d mostly reconsider this hotel is because of its location despite being in Times Square they did a pretty good job keeping the noise out of the room.
