Location is great but the property needs a full renovation - which they are currently working on. Rooms and floors that haven’t been renovated definitely show years of wear and tear. Mattresses were horrible. During our stay the elevators broke so only 2 worked causing major backups.

The staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and there was plenty of warm water. However, the room was very outdated and run down. Also, a couch would have been better than the dresser or the desk in that space. The bed was not comfy. However, we did like the location and we enjoyed our stay.

No breakfast. Rooms were hot. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything in rooms beside you. Lower floors look NOTHING like the advertised photos. Only positive was proximity to attractions. Overpriced for questionable stay.

The staff was friendly and very helpful! We enjoyed every interaction with the staff! The bathroom door did not latch shut and was on a wheel system and would open randomly which was awkward at times and no bathroom fan made for a stinky time when any one went.
