Two primary issues: 1. The Elevator service was terrible. On the first night only one of the elevators was in service and the line to wait was 20-people deep. 2. There was minimal ability to control the temperature in the room.

I have been travelling back and forth NYC so it’s not new to me to smell weeds IN THE STREETS. This hotel reeks with the smell of weeds. The lobby, elevator, and hallways stink especially in the afternoon. I have told them about it and nobody really cared. It is difficult to breathe with the smell and my eyes start hurting the moment I get into the elevator.

We got a relatively affordable hotel close to the subway and Central Park. The unexpected resort fee was not helpful to us as the discounts weren't valuable for anywhere we were intending to visit. The room was small but functional.

Chose this hotel because I know several people who have stayed there. There was a ton of noise in the halls outside my room in the middle of the night. Both mornings I was there I wound up walking down the stairs from the 7th floor to the lobby as the elevators were incredibly slow and usually packed full.

Avoid while you can! The only good thing about the property is the location. During my stay they were hosting a big group which took over all the ammenities (lobby, elevador, etc) with no staff to control them. The guess which weren’t part of the group were at a lost, with elevador long línes and overpacked lobby with luggages all over… all this while playing more than $40/night on fees. The rooms are long due and cleanliness is not their strong. Staff is rude… Avoid!

Just ok

Toilet won’t work right and we called maintenance, waited an hour and no one came, then called again next day and they came in 20 minutes. Air was wacky in the room. Too warm and wouldn’t cool.

I used to love this hotel…

This used to be my top of mind hotel in NYC. This time, however, it fell several notches down. There were no hand soap or lotion in the bathroom (I asked the cleaning lady, who said they had run out). One day I asked housekeeping to please make the room after 3pm, but although they agreed, the room was left unmade. That night I called for extra towels, yet no one delivered any (I had to take some myself from the cleaning cart that was stationed nearby). After I left the hotel, I realized I left some clothing. I called three times until finally someone took the time to check the room. Also, I unfortunately happened to visit while there was an event involving around 400 teenagers that were always noisily crowding the lobby and elevators. I was overall disappointed with this visit.
