Great location! You can walk pretty much anywhere in 15 min. Subway entrance was a 1 min walk. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed but location and amenities were worth the stay.

Park Central excellence

Our room was nicely organized and very clean. The bathroom was clean and roomy. Guest relations were excellent and coffee pot was delivered to the room promptly. They also made follow up call to insure coffee pit received and if anything else was needed. Location in New York was excellent, as well.

I reported I had issues with my double lock. Issues with TV connection. Maintenance showed up at 12:30 am!! Changed remote batteries. Next day management discounted my destination fees, but NOT very understanding or accommodating the hardship I experienced. I am a single retired woman. Location is great.
