The bathroom reeked of mold, the water came out of the shower yellow. There was blue tape on the window, where the tint was peeling off, as well as Kleenex shut half in the window. The maids were very friendly and accommodating. However, I reached out to the hotel a couple hours after checking out to let them know I left a jacket hanging in the closet. I was told someone would immediately check and get back to me, which they didn’t.

This was a great location but a very tired property. The bathroom was clean but falling apart. Room was small and dark. We didn’t interact with hotel staff at all apart from check in. It was close to theaters and Central Park which was what we wanted, but the hotel itself wasn’t very nice.

Our room was not cleaned daily. As a matter of fact, we stayed for 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once. They leave a cart of towels in the hall for people to brag but it was often empty so we had to reuse towels but there aren't any towel hooks in the bathroom. Also, there was mildew all over our bathroom.

Very nice hotel close to central park. Ideal for a medium budget trip at premium location. Subway station is one block away and 5th avenue is 3 blocks. Would come again….

I did not like that the $49 resort fee wasn't fully disclosed in the Expedia booking. The hotel was very busy so getting an elevator was challenging during peak times. I also didn't love that the mini fridge was just sitting on the floor by the bathroom. But the bed was very comfortable.

Was find. Bathroom sink not clean around the rim. When I turned on the shower in the morning, a huge amount of rust came out. Was disgusting and gave me deep concern about the water I drank out of the sink faucet.

Great location across from Carnegie Hall, near MOMA. Close to many restaurants and Central Park. However, my bed was awful- deep depressions. Noisy room- sirens all night. Worst was the fire department filling our lobby, blocking our street with trucks, as they searched for the source of smoke from 4 to 11pm. No announcement as to what was happening. Elevators not working. Never told it was resolved.

Stay here 3 nights. I couldn’t sleep at all. The first night, there’s a Contruction. And they made really loud noise started around 2 AM in the morning and go on. This area is really noisy. Specially from my room. Terrible staying.

They charged my card over $1,000 with no explanation and will not return my calls or emails. Plus the hotel caught fire and we had to stay in the lobby till late in the evening. The tv would not work and we called them they just brought us a new remote and left. The tv still didn’t work with the new remote. It was not a good experience and they charged me a lot of money and I can’t get it back. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Worst place I have ever stayed.
