The staff seemed friendly, the rooms were clean. I was given the wrong type of room, however. I didn't have time on the trip to deal with it, so I will have to deal with it now. It's a bummer too because I bought the upgraded room type because I would need that type of room for my trip. Otherwise, it would be a five star stay.

We were given 1 bath towel, no hand or face towels. No glasses in the room and we were given plastic cups when we asked for glasses. No eye contact or inquiry about our satisfaction from front desk when checking out. We added a night, via the hotel not Expedia, and that turned into a whole debacle even after two half hour phone conversations with staff telling us it was all arranged. PS this was our wedding night and the night before.

I didn't like I was offered a Queen's sized bed when I paid for a King's sized bed. I also didn't like the room had remnants of hair strands in the bathroom. There was a tone of snarkiness or unpleasantness with the person at the front desk that checked me out of the hotel.
