The person at check-in who gave us our room number was rude and annoyed by my questions. The bathroom wasn’t too clean. The blow dryer had tons of old dust in it and on it. We had gone early to see if our room was ready and waited in line for about 20 minutes or so because there was only one person at the counter. They didn’t have a room ready early but guaranteed our room to be ready at 4. The woman was nice to still take care of checking us in and all we had to do was come back and get our room number and key. When we got back we had to wait in line again for 30 minutes this time to find out the room facing the street we wanted wasn’t ready so we had to take a room that was available.

The Park Central was so conviennient to the MOMA (5 min walk), Central Park- 2 blocks,The Met (30 min walk across Central Park), 42 street (20 min walk), subway to Greenwich Village, Penn Station 30 min walk. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I felt safe there and around the hotel. They allowed us to store our bags the day we arrived and the day we left for several hours.

I asked for a king room and ended in a double bed queen room. The wifi didnt work. When i turned on the tv, the welcome screen with your name. Had a different name and was smelling like someone smoke cigarrete. I had to stay due to work related and I was already tired to book another hotel room.
