Great location. Great overall hotel. Bathroom was very clean but smelled like it had been cleaned with a dirty rag and that smell lingered the three days I was there, tainting an otherwise good overall experience.

Hotel room issues.

The room had issues. Bathroom sink was cracked, the toilet paper holder was broken and as soon as you touched it the roll would fall off, the toilet seat was cracked underneath, the room had about a 6 inch area of black mold on the ceiling to the left of the window but not next to the window. I had to ask a couple of times for more wash cloths as the housekeeper had none on her cart but there was a cart farther down the hall. I asked if she could check it and she found more washcloths. The housekeeper did a good job of cleaning but with mold, etc.... the room was not ready for customers to spend that much money.

We had booked for 3 nights and only stayed 1. We got there at 1am and it was too late to go anywhere else. The rooms are very old and dirty. The door locks are flimsy and unsafe. We slept on the beds without taking our clothes off that’s how disgusted we were. Bathroom had no towels. We left and checked in to The Plaza.

The only good thing about the hotel is the convenience of the location. Close to Central Park and walkable to tTime Square. The hotel lobby is ample and clean but that is about the only areas that are clean.

Nice experience

The hotel is conveniently situated close to many interesting sites, including the Central Park. In general, good impression and good customer service. However, the hotel needs renovation. It is a bit outdated.
