I had a hard time picking a hotel in nyc after reading alot of reviews ,Stayed here for 3 nights The first room we got smoke literally came out of the air conditioner, so they quickly did change our room The elevators in the morning take a little longer. Room is not big but so are none of the rooms in NYC The hotel was clean, the hotel is close to the edge and not too far from Times Square, it’s close to the subway station which is great, and close to all other attractions , it is far from Central Park though. It’s a cute hotel if your not looking for anything crazy just small hotel that’s cozy and clean to shower and sleep while in the city! The service and employees are nice and easy to communicate with.

This is a super chic and modern property! Super convenient location, walkable to anywhere! The staff was great and the little hang out area super cute! The only complaint I would have is there is no place for your clothes. No closet so drawers.. nothing. Maybe a typical NY Hotel, but something I’m not used to.

Easy, accommodating stay

Checking in and out was seamless. Hotel sent text messages to check in throughout our stay and were immediately responsive to requests. Complimentary popcorn and fruit infused water in the lobby was a nice treat.
