HORRIBLE

The hotel has artificial endocrine disruptive scents diffusing throughout the hotel. Makes your eyes & throat burn & head hurt. I left with a horrific migraine from all the awful smell everywhere! All of our eyes and faces are swollen, just awful!!!

Me and my family had a great time! Parking was around the corner,but the transaction was on point with no problems both dropping off and picking up the car. Staff was excellent with everything!!!! Definitely want to stay there again when we visit again!!

Great City Stay

The staff were all great. Michael, at reception, and the breakfast staff were all exceptional. One bar man ignored us and took a long time to serve us. Only saw him one day. Room lacked storage. Bathroom heater didn't work. Aircon noisy and also random on when it would come on. Limited seating for breakfast but the food was great. Location is perfect and only 2 blocks from Penn Station.

I arrived at NYC in the morning and requested for early checked in. When I arrived the hotel it was little early but they accommodated me an earliest available room. It saved me whole a lot and I appreciate it so much! Location was so convenient and everything was just perfect!

The rooms were pretty basic, and the heating/air conditioning is very loud. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Bathroom fan is super loud too. But staff was amazing and it’s clean and convenient for a few nights!

Quaint hotel walking distance about .4 miles from the Javits. Staff was very accomodating. Enjoyed the refillable water stations and the refillable bottles they provided. Rooms are smallish, but that's NYC.
