Great stay, staff were lovely, check in was a breeze and check out even faster with there contactless check out. Great location, walkable to everything GC. Safe, not too loud at night. Clean room, a little outdated but it's all you need, bed, bathroom and great view. Pillows are uncomfy though, so if you need a good pillow bring your own. A little fridge which was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel and very clean. This is in a great location in surfers paradise. However, there is a club right next to the hotel that is open until late - the sound from the loud music penetrates the walls. However, if the noise does not bother you then it is a great place to stay.

the staff were amazing, very informative. I do have to say I was extremely disappointed there was no pool. I stayed on my own and did not want to just go to the beach for a swim or cool down. while I may have misread or misunderstood there was no pool facilities, I did find the pictures misleading. it did make my stay feel long on the days as I was hoping to relax by a pool.

I have stayed here a few times and this was by far the worst experience. Check in was awful, the cleaners came in and cleans our room and didn’t leave enough towels, super fun mid shower realising we didn’t have enough towels and the room itself felt very outdated and not sound proof at all!

Staff was ok, rooms and hotel are run down, pool was not accesable because the organised parties for external people. Guest could not enter. No children allowed. Gym was not accessible. We booked the hotel including gym and pool. Worst stay in a mantra . I think it should not be advertised as Mantra and Accor hotel. We are members and have never seen this level
