Perfect stay in NYC

This is a beautiful hotel that has been completely updated. The room was clean and so comfortable. My daughter and I slept great and never had any noise issues. The staff is the best; they go the extra mile to ensure your stay is great and that you have everything you need. Breakfast was great and even had gluten free options. We will certainly be back again!

This is my second visit to this hotel and once again ,they did not disappoint! The location is central to everything and since my visit included business both uptown and downtown, this spot was perfect. Strangely enough, although it is situated right next door to the Port Authority and a stone's throw from Times Square, the room is nice and quiet. The staff is so incredibly accommodating, kind and definitely make you feel welcome upon arrival and beyond. This is a superb value in NYC....keyword is VALUE. Yes, there are some chips in the paint but it is super clean and comfortable....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy my stay. The staff at the hotel are all incredible and so friendly! They make this place feel like a “home” The king rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have plenty of counter space.

Ultra Tiny room with a funny smell and loud a/c. Thin walls made it impossible to sleep while a small “party” was happening next door early morning on a weekday. The hotel is suitable for tourists on a budget and it is crowded. Not for business.
