The room was in a great location, but the elevators were either out of order, taken by house keeping or VERY slow. Most people on lower floors just took the stairs and people in higher floors had to wait 20+ minutes to get to their rooms. Both mornings between 6am-7am there was also a very loud jack hammering that woke us up. It was very frustrating.

Front desk personnel were not helpful and had attitudes. Only had two elevators working. room was not ready at 3 PM for check-in. barn door on the bathroom was hard to open and close. No extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. The Bellman at checkout, however, was very very helpful in getting a cab for us and Christian, who handled our baggage was very polite and helpful and gave us complementary water.

We barely had hot water for the shower throughout our entire stay. I brought it up to the front desk and they sent someone to look at it, but there was no improvement. Also, they were doing some construction which led to sometimes 10-15 minute waits for the elevators.
