I ask front desk to wake me up at 5 am and they told me they don't have that service any way I insist and the agent says ok but they didn't woke up and I was nearly was losing my flight , the breakfast was included and as I was leaving earlier opening the restaurant I request them instead giving me take out breakfast and they refuse it , I have paid almost $500.00 per night which it was not worthed.

The hotel would have definitely gotten a 5 star. However, the AC did not work and it was dead of summer. I still have them an overall 4 because they compensated me for my stay.

Room was decent at best, there was a stain the pull out. Kind of small but expect that being in manhattan. Outlets are loose I know that’s nit picky but it’s annoying when your charger keeps falling out when trying to charge phone. Have stayed at plenty of hotels around the US I would give a 5/10. But for NYC hotels I would give it 7/10. Also not to mention they offer $10 off parking but it doesn’t apply if you have an SUV for future notice.

Balcony room was incredible, and we got it at a great price. Totally worth it. Staff was uninterested in checking us in, arrived at 3 told to wait until 4 as room wasn't ready while watching other guests get their keys. We returned at 4 to be told it still wasnt ready, waited 15 mins as they said, line was extremely long and we were told with an attitude we had to wait 30 mins+ on it even though we were waiting 90mins + right in front of desk. Eventually asked the car service attendant to check us in and he just went behind front desk and did it in 30 seconds. Other than that room was incredible.

Fantastic staff and comfy rooms

The staff here were so kind and helpful, I had an unusual situation where a medical emergency extended a work trip and they easily helped with luggage and making sure I was comfortable. The rooms are comfy and well appointed and the beds in particular were great. Breakfast is robust too and the location is very central.

I thought the hotel was just perfect. The rooms were nice and cozy. The staff was very nice. There were a lot of options to eat within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. My only very small complaint is that it was a long wait to get a room especially after a long day of travel. Other than that I do recommend this place. For me this was the perfect location especially since this was my first time to New York. Thanks for a great stay. New York was great.

No hot water in this hotel, and the staff not really helpfull, the least you could give your clients is water to take a good shower after a long day in miami, not pleased at all. Wont stay here never
