Absolutely loved this hotel—definitely a ten-star experience! The location is perfect, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and Times Square. My room was modern, spotless, spacious, and had an amazing view. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. I had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back!

Hotel was average at best. Check-in staff seemed to be undergoing training. The front of the hotel was under construction. They used the bar area as a luggage storage which was an eye sore upon entering the hotel. Room was really small. Iron missing from our room and the pillows were really thin. Spend a little more and try another hotel.

The rooms are very small for 3 people and they charge a $30 urban destination fee per night. You can use it at the restaurant, but I found this inconvenient, and seems like a way to force you to spend money at their restaurant. Also, you do not get it back if you do not use it. Will not stay here again.

Great location

A Truly Exceptional Stay Thoughtful, Warm, and Unforgettable From the moment we arrived, our experience was absolutely amazing. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but very few have made me feel as welcomed and genuinely cared for as this one did. A couple of months before our visit, I called to mention we’d be celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. When we walked into our room, we were blown away. The hotel had gone out of their way to surprise us with a beautiful arrangement of pink, silver, and white balloons, including a big “21” balloon. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch, and my daughter was so surprised and thrilled. Throughout our stay, we received check-in texts twice a day, asking how things were going and if we needed anything. It made us feel truly taken care of. The room was clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom that felt surprisingly roomy for New York City. We even had a view of the Empire State Building, which made it feel even more special. One of the unexpected highlights was the complimentary happy hour from 5 to 6:30 pm. Guests 21 and older received two drink coupons per night, good for wine (red or white), beer, or the signature cocktail — which I believe was a margarita. There was also a great spread of snacks including chips and dip, a veggie and cheese charcuterie board, and a Greek yogurt with granola that made for a perfect little treat before dinner. Excellent location, walkable distance to Times Square, Grand Central, Public Library some parks and other attractions. Staff are very friendly. Decent complimentary breakfast, the only thing is that the restaurant area is not big enough for the capacity of the hotel, so it’s kind of hard to find a table easily.
