Hotel is in the heart of Shinjuku (think Times Square in NY). Many eating options around and Shinjuku station is just a few minutes away. This is not a 'quiet spot' it is a bustling and high energy location which is what we wanted. Very exciting location.

Godzilla floor is nice, and the hotel is clean. Wish the outdoor area near the Godzilla was open to public as there is a glass currently. Otherwise great hotel and would recommend.

The hotel is in the middle of everything, except is not too loud. You would be surprised. Is a tourist attraction due to Godzilla scripture being at the hotel. Great staff. Ask for the Airport shuttle bus information. Is literally 3-5 mins walk from the hotel. The bus drops you off right in front of the terminal for little to nothing.

Amazing stay!!! Unfortunately the Godzilla head was under construction which was a bummer but I loved staying here and if I’m back in Japan I’m coming back here! Rooms were small but very functional and comfortable!

Location was the best. You walk out and there are tons of food options and shopping. I booked on Expedia for a room for 4 people. When I checked in they told me the room was only for two people and the third must be a child under 6 years old!! That was troubling as I did not want to book a second room last minute!! They were at least kind enough to let me push the two beds together to accommodate the four of us. But then was told they were too busy to come to the room to help us adjust the beds and that we needed to wait and they don’t know how long they will have room service available. We opt to do it ourselves! Overall, great hotel location and staff was helpful for the most part.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel. It’s very clean and all the staff are so kind and welcoming they even surprised us with balloons and a gift for our honeymoon. I always recommend my friends and family to stay here when they visit Tokyo because it’s also close to everything. Night life, train station, and food and shopping everything is there. You can also enjoy seeing Godzilla at night when it glows and blows out smoke. Very cool to see and kids are welcome and safe.

When I booked this hotel because of a huge Godzilla fan in the family, I was worried it would be more of a novelty hotel. However, the service was exceptional, and the rooms perfectly designed and spacious by Tokyo standards. The Godzilla theming was just the icing on the cake.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of the vibrant Kabukicho area, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Shinjuku Station. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself feels like a peaceful escape from the city buzz. The Godzilla theme adds a really fun and unique touch. If you’re a fan, definitely book a room with a view of the Godzilla head — it’s a one-of-a-kind experience! The rooms are compact (as expected in Tokyo) but very well-designed, spotless, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a mobile phone for guests, a high-tech toilet, and plenty of charging options. Staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I also loved the security system — you need your room card to access the guest floors, which added an extra level of comfort. Would definitely recommend Hotel Gracery Shinjuku to anyone visiting Tokyo — whether for sightseeing, shopping, or just soaking in the energy of this incredible city. I’ll gladly stay here again!

In the heart of Shinjuku, about a 10 minute walk from Shikoku station. The area is loud and crowded, but you can’t hear it from your room. The hotel shares a building with restaurants, a movie theater and a 7-11, which is convenient. Staff were experienced and kind. There was no language barrier (we are English speaking). The Godzilla display is fun and interesting. We arrived before check in and had no issue with storing our bags, which were delivered to our room by the time we returned later.
