Staff is so patient and knowledgeable about what foreign guests should experience during their stay. I slept in one day and there were fresh towels and water left at my door without me asking. The bathroom is really the star of the show. Although Japanese hotel rooms are traditionally small, the bathroom is huge and modern. It provides a luxury feel. Great membership/rewards program. Flexible accommodation to hold luggage after checking out. Looking forward to visiting again!

Rooms were clean and overall had no issues. The shower was huge! Room was a bit small but we knew this ahead of time. Location was great and convenient for eating, entertainment and access to the Shinjuku station.

The room was very clean and nicely provided with nightclothes and slippers in addition to the usual toiletries. Bathroom had a tub and was almost as big as the (very small) bedroom. Cool lobby. Pricey but everything we wanted and great location with train, subway and bus stations right there, shopping and nightlife.

Have stayed countless number of times and the hotel is great overall. However the amenities could be better as it's really lacking in terms of personal care. Location wise i great, almost everything in kabukicho is in walking distance.

Our family of five were very disappointed with this stay. Our two rooms were incredibly small — far smaller than expected — and the layout made poor use of the limited space. Nearly a third of the room was taken up by an oversized bathroom that oddly included both a shower and a bathtub, leaving no functional living area. The bed was shorter and noticeably narrower than a standard queen, extremely firm and uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult. The windows were tiny and let in very little natural light, making the room feel even more cramped. The hotel itself is very no-frills, with none of the usual amenities — no restaurant, no gym, and very little in terms of services or atmosphere. Overall, the space felt poorly designed and not good value for the price. I would not choose to stay here again.
