Rooms are very tiny with basically no room to store any items, pillowcases are rock hard, rooms are not clean, walls in bathroom has stain marks and there are dust layers on some parts of room. One of the worst stays I’ve had in a hotel.

Clean room and friendly staff, however the noise was awful! We were on the 29th floor and during our stay and there was an outdoor concert (on the ground floor) and we could hear every beat for several hours each day, it pretty much ruined our stay.

Great hotel and area for tourists. Clean rooms with attentive staff. Only downside was the Godzilla terrace was closed for construction. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was attentive and helpful. Lobby was clean and large waiting area. There was a scale for luggage and hot/cold water available in the lobby. Unfortunately, the balcony was closed to get a closer look at Godzilla. Rooms were a bit small, but we were able to make it work.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Make sure to ask for extra softer pillows at the front desk. They have lots of items that you can borrow for free. 7 eleven located in the building is super handy and it’s near a Starbucks. Staff are super helpful and attentive. It’s not listed but if it’s raining you can purchase plastic rain covers for your luggage at the front desk. Thank you for the wonderful stay! arigato gozaimasu

The Hotel is good the only issue is outside the hotel where too many homeless sleep on the street and leave too much trash around. That is the only thing I did not like.
