While the room itself was a bit small, it was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We especially liked the pajamas provided. The hotel is nice and the lobby/lounge area is a great place to hang out. Be prepared, the area of Shinduku is a little gritty, but we felt safe in and around the hotel. We also want to acknowledge the staff. We left our valuables behind in our safe and all were held and recovered the next day.

Amazing Stay!

It was such a great hotel. Especially since its in such a touristy/busy location. The only thing I had to "complain" about is that the bed is hard, but I'm an American and used to a soft fluffy bed, and honestly, after walking all day, the bed didnt matter. The staff was so kind and welcoming! Also be midful, the basic rooms like I had are small, but it didnt bother my husband and I at all, cause lets face it, most tourists aren't in Japan for the size of the hotel room. Its in such a great location! Close to food, shopping, the train and pretty much everything you need!

There's a 50 foot bust of Godzilla on the lobby floor 8 stories up on the building and it's in the heart of Shinjuku. What's not to like?

Super clean and in a central area in shinjuku. The area directly behind the 711 on the property often is dirty and littered with people sleeping in the street. That being said, it still felt very safe

Room had high humidity. (Clothing felt damp) Hotel is nice but party neighborhood with lots of drunk people sleeping around in the morning. Great location for bar hopping and access to major train station. Friendly staff. Room is tiny but has everything you need.

Hotel is in a very busy area and we could hear street noise even though we were at level 29. Room is very spacious and comfortable and they were nice to offer a crib for our baby. Bathroom was good and shower was nice.

Super easy check-in and luggage storage. A quick walk to Shinjuku station. Extremely quiet even with the night life in Kabukicho below. Godzilla exhibits and themes a plus.

We stayed at Hotel Gracery for just one night before heading elsewhere, mainly to be in the thick of Shinjuku. It was a really great place to stay and be able to pop in and out as we desired. Really enjoyed the area and the Godzilla theme is fun! Definitely worth staying here if you want to experience Shinjuku.
