The hotel is very nice, we got a twin bed room and it was big which is saying a lot for Japan. It was very clean, and it is in the center of Shinjuku so there was a lot to do. The only down side was that because it is in Shinjuku walking at night felt weird it was very dirty compared to other parts of Tokyo.

I liked the Japanese style bathroom. Hotel felt safe and room was relatively quiet despite the night life scene outside (Shinjuku). Great service from staff and was able to borrow a hair straightener and skincare set.
