I stayed on the Godzilla floor (30th floor) The room was clean and fairly spacious. The bed was comfortable. Front desk and concierge was extremely helpful. Although there is no access to the Godzilla head, it was fine. There is a view from it on the 8th floor which is where check in is. The surrounding area is very crowded, but that was to be expected. Shinjuku station is 10 minutes away and easy access to other locations. I would definitely stay here again

This is a luxury hotel. Very swanky but with reasonable rates. The property is in the heart of Shinjuku, so it’s very busy (day and night). If you’re looking for a quiet hotel in a quiet neighborhood, look elsewhere. The staff does an excellent job keeping outsiders from entering the property. The area has lots of eateries and convenience stores. There’s even a Sizzler and Krispy Kreme right outside the building! The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. They are smaller than your typical western hotel, so don’t bring a ton of luggage. You’ll be tripping over it during your entire stay. There’s a bidet with a heated seat (yay), and in a separate room, a gorgeously deep tub. The beds are clean but very firm, so if you have joint issues like myself, you’re going to wake up sore. The pillows are not soft. They seem to be filled with something grainy and heavy. The view was amazing! I was fortunate enough to be on the 25th floor. I was definitely stay again.

Room was on the smaller size but it was well kept. Very convenient location to entertainment, shopping, train stations. Shinjuku night life is somewhat wild I wouldn’t recommend bringing children.

Hotel staff is really nice and respectful! Facilities were clean and rooms were big enough for a nice stay. The hotel is located in front of a small plaza were they perform live music (Kabukicho Street Live+), very nice to watch!

Phenomenal location, excellent customer service, great for first time visitors to Japan with lots of opportunity for Tours, luggage transfers, shopping, dining, ect! Just be careful in selecting your room some are very small so look at the square footage. I paid the extra price to have a larger room and it was worth it get a city view. They are gorgeous!

I don't know how this hotel has such a good overall rating. The room itself was clean but housekeeping is only offered once every three days. The room was so small we could not fit two adults and two suitcases comfortably. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were... weird. The Godzilla head terrace is closed, yet still advised as a feature. As for the area, I felt so unsafe. Like Flinders Street on a Saturday night. Men passed out on the streets... Just gross. Shinjuku was definitely worth a visit but not a multi night stay. Disappointing.
