Nice hotel, clean, and very well located. Bed was a little too firm, pillows weren’t great, but overall the room was larger than other ones we’ve had in downtown Tokyo. There should be a gym at a hotel of this size, and the observation deck with the Godzilla head was closed while we were there, which wasn’t great. Nice to have a little mini onsen in the bathroom.

Stayed at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku and overall had a very good experience. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, though definitely on the small side — something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with large luggage. The bathroom was excellent, modern, and surprisingly spacious compared to the room itself. The location is a major highlight, right in the heart of Shinjuku with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and transportation. A great choice if you want convenience and comfort, as long as you’re okay with compact rooms.

I came for Godzilla (and was thrilled just for that), but the rest of the hotel was great too! My room was clean and comfortable, with amenities both practical and luxurious. The staff was super helpful and the cafe was awesome. I will be staying again!

Evevrything and location is good, although some guest agents at the check in and check out lobby , hired to assist guests can be alightly grumpy. Although some are really really nice too when i was checking in, mind you some can speak multiple languages too. But that is one of the great things in Japan, almost all the hotels guest agents can speak english at the very least. Not just at the Gracery.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my days and if you want the Japanese accommodation and the feel do not come here. Location is great if that is what you want but beds are horrible and customer service isn’t to Japanese standards. It’s more like American treatment lol.

This place is great. The rooms aren’t big but more of a reason not to stay in there everything‘s available so close by. I highly recommend rock inn dice for great beers and rock music. Just a short walk away. There’s also a gym across the street. They’re a little strict, especially if you have tattoos, but just cover them up.
