I really enjoyed the location and the amenities. The tub that you could fill with the touch of a button to take epsom salt baths every night was a real game changer, honestly. I am at a double tree in Kyoto and it sadly doesn't have them. The only thing I didn't like about the room is that the power to everything would turn off when you left so I didn't trust much other than the liquids in the fridge, but thats a minor complaint. Everything else was awesome!! Loved that it was next door to a movie thearter!!

Hotel Gracery was a very nice hotel and was pretty convenient because it was walking distance from so many good restaurants, shops, and Kabukicho tower. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. Also, they provide luggage services if you are planning to travel to a different hotel/area. Unfortunately, you aren't allowed to go onto the patio area to take pictures with the Godzilla head due to tourists climbing on the structure. So keep that in mind if this was your main reason for booking the hotel.

This hotel is extremely central in Shinjuku which is one of the busiest areas of Tokyo. As a result, the room sizes are very small. We booked an 18sq meter room which I thought would be more than adequate, but the bathrooms are large and so the room size was very small. As a result, there was not enough room in this hotel room to keep my suitcase open. Given this, I would not stay here again and would recommend to others to stay elsewhere.

I usually stayed at the Prince in Shinjuku when I came to Tokyo and now I have a new spot, Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. I came with my son for business meetings and have enjoyed my stay from beginning to end. Excellent and convenient location in the heart of Shinjuku!

Great experience. Service was top notch, especially for an international traveler (American/English). Staff was friendly, always happy to help, and understanding. Room and facilities were always very clean and well maintained. Room was on the smaller side (though appeared standard for many hotels in highly populated areas of Japan), but accommodated me (solo traveler) just fine.

If you want to stay in Shinjuku, this hotel has the best location. It was my 2nd time. But rooms are small, not a good fit if you have large luggages.

The hotel was hip and well designed. Very clean (the room was made daily with care while we had lots of our shopped items in our room and I appreciate how they kept it clean while we made it chaotic everyday ) Don’t understand why they don’t open their lounge cafe/bar longer hours. 10am-9:30pm in a hotel?? The location is so convenient that we can just walk out for coffee in the morning etc. it’d be nice if they are open earlier for relaxing coffee time before getting out to the craziness of Shinjuku
