The room was noisy. The beds were hard as rock, and the amenities were minor. This hotel is really a 3 star hotel not a 4 start hotel. Also, this hotel is like staying in the center of Time Square - it's such a busy and loud area.

Was in a great location, walked out into the middle of the the city, right next to the subway. Easy to find food or entertainment with minima walking and easily able to get anywhere else in Tokyo from the subway. Very friendly staff, would stay again.

Very clean rooms albeit on the small side (normal by Japan standards) and very nice staff. The issue I had was with the bathroom. It felt like I was in an airplane bathroom - however there was a constant sewer smell even though it was clean. Not sure if this is a hotel problem or a Shinjuku problem as you can often smell sewer throughout the area. Otherwise, the hotel is well located, food was good and staff were kind and helpful.

My husband and I got the double room. It was small. But it fit my budget. We go the breakfast, it was worth it. Location: the best! The Limosine bus from haneda dropped us off 4-5 bldgs away and we were there at Prince hotel. You are next to the train station, donki shopping, that redlight
