The staffs are all very courtesy and helpful, especially Kato who is very nice and professional. The room is spotless clean and quiet.The location of the hotel is perfect, near the Metro station and lots of restraurants near by. The hotel location was great. The bus and train station (Ginza line )was near . The only thing was the room was tiny . Two people with luggage’s can barely move. Overall the staffs were friendly, and the room was clean

A smaller hotel typical of what you would find in Tokyo but impressed with cleanliness of room, quality of decor and amenities, and above all, excellent service from hotel staff! Cafe de Crie on the 1st floor level is very convenient for hotel guest and offers delicious but limited menu items. Excellent location close to all major attractions and high-end shops that Ginza is known for. Very happy for choosing this hotel!

The hotel room was okay — clean and comfortable enough, but nothing special. There were no complimentary water bottles provided for guests, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not a buffet, just a basic café downstairs with a limited set menu. The TV didn’t offer many channels or entertainment options either. On the positive side, the hotel did allow us to check in early, which we appreciated. However, based on the amenities, I wouldn’t consider this a true 4-star hotel. The best part is the location — it’s very convenient and within walking distance of shops and train stations

Room was exceptionally clean. Only issue was the bath tub which we found a bit high to step over. Also gets very slippery when wet. Maybe a non slip mat or something would be great. Location was perfect for us with train station within walking distance. Restaurants with mins of walk.
