Everything is so clean and the staff are very welcoming. The area surrounding the hotel is beautiful and well kept. A bunch of delicious restaurants easy to get to all around. Fish market is a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are as excepted for Japan hotel rooms, comfortable but small. Bathroom has a slight musty smell. Close to train stations and walkable to shopping and dining. The Ginza line to Shibuya was wonderful.

This was my family’s first visit to Japan and the hotel and staff were wonderful, helpful and amazing. The location of the hotel was also very convenient with a lot of luxury stores nearby and a lot of options for restaurants. I highly recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

Great location for transportation all over Tokyo & Ginza shopping. Very nice & helpful staff. Resturants right by hotel and short walk into areas where locals live for even better resturants. Only issue we had was rooms were small but the we made the best of it and stayed here twice! And would stay again in the future.

Great location, minutes from the Hibiya, Asakusa and Ginza (a couple minutes more) metro/subway lines. Quiet, with close convenience stores, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Extremely helpful staff. I will echo other reviews emphasizing that the rooms and bathrooms are compact, even for Tokyo, so best for those traveling light.

The room was very very small and had a very dirty smell to it. I think the rug needs cleaning. The lady at front desk on 29th of May was a big help to us and also the man who checked us in was great. There was another lady there in between those dates n she was not friendly. The location was very good

Great hotel location for eating, shopping and transportation (closest train entrance takes you straight to Haneda airport). Many great restaurants to eat on the same street. Walkable distance to Ginza shopping street. The room I stayed in was probably the smallest option, just enough room on the floor to open my large luggage (would have to jump over my luggage to get to the bathroom). Room was fairly clean, did find some stray hairs. Bed and pillow is on the harder side, but after a whole day of shopping, it didn't really matter. Overall for the price I paid, it was worth it. Would choose again for location convenience.

We had a great time at Quintessa. Perfect location, nice clean rooms and great facilities. The room was a little on the small side, but with a bit of luggage Tetris; it was perfect.
