Really great location and accessibility to transportation (subway and busses). And incredibly walkable around Ginza. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. We were on the 38F and had access to the executive lounge - which was a really great spot to rest between long days (they have mid-day snacks and drinks, and evening drinks and snacks available and complimentary), and kickstart the day w/ breakfast.

Nice hotel, wonderful staff and we loved the executive floor rooms and lounge. I highly recommend getting a room that includes the lounge access. The breakfast there had a lot of western choices with an omelet stand. In the early afternoon, they provided appetizers, wines, beer, saki, coffee - pretty much everything ! The location is ideal beside a subway station and a 10 minute walk to fantastic high end shopping in the Ginza area. The hotels lobby is on the 24th floor and I think all rooms have great views. We would definitely stay here again

Great hotel, location, and wonderful staff

Great place to stay as a tourist. Directly linked to the Shinbashi station, easy access from the Keikyu line from Haneda airport and adjacent Ginza. Breakfast is very good there with a nice city view. Staff is friendly, helpful, and kind. Would gladly stay here again
