Overall, our stay was disappointing and we will not be returning. The hotel feels much smaller than it appears online, especially the communal areas, which were always crowded with no real open space to relax. Service was the biggest letdown. When we checked in during the evening, there was no assistance with our luggage—quite surprising given typical standards of hospitality in Japan. Staff were present but seemed disengaged, chatting amongst themselves rather than offering support. Our room with the bunk bed was rundown and not properly cleaned upon arrival. That said, housekeeping during our stay was excellent—thorough and attentive. Credit where it’s due, the kids loved the bunk bed setup, and the FamilyMart in the same building was very convenient. The location is also practical, being close to a supermarket and train station. For the price, however, the experience fell short. With so many better options available in Tokyo, we would not stay here again.

This is a bra hotel and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are so clean and with the family Mart shop attached to the hotel makes it so convenient to buy little items you might need. 10/10

Incredibly impressed, this stay was an absolute dream! The property was beautiful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The bathhouse was wonderful! The food served in the restaurant was delicious. This is a great western style hotel with large bedrooms, good breakfast buffet and kind service for a reasonable price. Looks like many people book here for convenience to Disneyland. The only downsize is you have to do at least 2 changes to get to anywhere in Tokyo using the subway as it’s not in the main Tokyo central area.

Conveniently located a minute walk from Shiomi train station, which is four stops away from Tokyo and in the opposite direction just four stops away from Disney Resort. Onsen Spa was impeccably clean and spacious. Rooms are clean, service is superb. Staff was very accommodating, even when our flights out were delayed. The breakfast buffet is expansive, with chef cooled meals, don't slip it from your all inclusive package, it's more than worth it.

The room was spacious. The hotel provided a lot of free amenities such as shampoo, facial wash, creams, etc. There’s also a family mart located inside the hotel. You are able to do laundry. The restaurant inside the hotel was great. Service was amazing. Rail station about a block away.

Loved our stay here. The staff was great. It’s right next to the train station which was made it easy to get into the city and transfer to get on the bullet train to Kyoto. The restaurants nearby are not fancy but very tasty. The convenient store literally downstairs within the hotel was incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty and allowed us to get very full which was good because we knew we’d be walking a lot and spending some time on trains and getting around. The onset and spa were amazing and relaxing rooms were clean and ours overlooked the train tracks which was romantic at nights being able to see the trains coming and going from bed.
