Staff were great, room was clean but small so no room to move with 3 people and 3 suitcases in room & pillows were too high and hard so we used rental pillows that were provided on level in racks just had to go and get them to take back to room once we worked out we could use them as an option but again they were hard with one side filled with what looked like rice. A/C didn’t work and was between 26-27 degrees and humid in the room- the hallway and lobby were properly cooled, so it was hot whilst trying to sleep lucky it was winter. We had a portable A/C but had to get ice from ice machine to put into water reservoir to cool down at least once a day not ideal but it helped they stay be more comfortable.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, and here’s why… Room - Compact, but efficient. The kettle and fridge was a nice addition, I absolutely loved the power shower, and the daily housekeeping was greatly appreciated. Breakfast - The buffet styled breakfast has a large array of breakfast and non-breakfast foods on offer, including a variety of fruit, bread, cereal, soup, drinks (hot and cold), fish, and curry, along with the more traditional egg, bacon and sausages, etc. The staff in the banquet hall are very professional and always courteous. This made my day all the more sweeter. Additional - Most of the reception staff were very helpful, and even though on one occasion, there was a little misunderstanding due to the language barrier, more or less, they were all nice and friendly. I also liked the fact that they had free hygiene products, such as sponges, toothpaste, razors, etc. freely available in the foyer for people to pick up when needed. Location - Thr hotel is located quite close to Shinjuku train station and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Good location if you want to travel around.

Everything was clean. Good customer service. Room amenities. "American" eletrical outlets in the room. The hotel has a few good restuarants inside. We ate at three of them. Laundry and mini-mart inside the hotel. Walking distance to the subway, tourist district, and other restaurants. 4 Stars because our family rented three rooms between us, all of the bathrooms have a mold smell.

Breakfast was amazing, train is a short walk to hotel. Lots of food options close by. Walking distance to Shinjuku district to see Godzilla and the 3D cat.

It's ok for what you pay, bed, toilet, and shower. It's convenient because the Limousine Bus from Narita takes you straight here, so it is hassle free and cheap transportation to Tokyo city area. The laundry facility has 6 washers/dryers, extremely busy and dryers are not very efficient, you'll need at least an hour of drying time. Recommend for budget mindful people, spending minimal time in the room.

V delicious breakfast buffet - good value for money. Service, staff friendliness and professionalism, room and hotel cleanliness, availability and simplicity of luggage transport service, and room amenities/facilities - all are very good, making my stay a comfortable one. Appreciated the floor for ladies rooms only. Good location in a quiet area of Shinjuku; within walking distance from the station. Plenty of dining options; truly enjoyed my experience! Highly recommended!

Extremely busy lobby and reception area. Room was clean yet quite spartan. No closet, only a few hangers on two hooks. Bathroom very similiar to cruise ship bathrooms - need to step up to go in, all plastic. No shower stall, only bathtub which was very high. Difficult if you have knee issues. Toiletries freebies in reception area a plus. Great breakfast selections.
