Clean triple room. Staff happy to hold bags wile in other cities as we were booked to come back, great lockup area! Good cheaper indian restaurant underneath, with a 711 onsite. Undercover walk to Shinjuku station, just be aware its a good 20min walk!

I stay four nights in this hotel. Employees staff are very friendly and polite, good English. Excellent food. Because the Hotel is doing the ECO-FRIENDLY so the room floor carpet are a little bit dirty and old

3rd time in Japan. The room was smaller than I expected but it was ok. The property is very clean. Nice and friendly staff. Good service. The location is good with underground passage to Shinjuku station especially on the rainy day.

Stay away, far far away

The worst stay ever. Upon entering the room, you’ll wonder why did they provide a portable air cooler unit and air purifier in the room. The room was so warm when we arrived. I called the front desk asking if they can check my “faulty” air conditioner - which despite turning to “High”, there was barely any air or ventilation/circulation in the room. Front desk told me to switch OFF my air conditioning and use the air cooler + humidifier instead as their “air conditioning” is centrally controlled and they cannot do anything for me. It felt like the hotel was stuck in 1990s.

The only reason i didn't enjoyed my stayed was the AC. I was not able to controlled it this, led me to wake up every night. They have a small knob but this only blows a little air.

Ok, but not particularly charming

The hotel is huge and not particularly charming. We stayed on the 23rd floor and eventually got quite tired of the elevator stopping at so many floors. The room was very warm, and the window was wet and impossible to see through. However, the staff was friendly, so no blame should be placed on them. Shinjuku feels like one big construction project, so next time, we’ll choose accommodation in a different district.”
