It was fine. Liked the Family Mart and was happy there were food choices at the bottom of the hotel to pick from. Also liked that there was a taxi waiting outside at 5 am when we checked out and we could just drop our room keys in the box. Very convenient.

do not book economy room, was so small that you couldn’t even fit your bag in there, had to upgrade to the superior room which was much much better! Amenities were very good lots of free things to take from reception and staff were very nice with helping me to upgrade

This hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku station so it was very easy to get around the city. It’s also very close to the Government building (go for the view) and a park. Overall great location but smaller than average Japanese room. I was by myself so it was fine.

Pleasantly surprised! We got a triple at the end of the hallway and there was room to open 3 suitcases (27") for 3 people. Rooms are clean, bedding fresh, only thing is they don't change your bedsheets everyday, just offer fresh towels. Excellent location for Airport limousine buses from Haneda. Stops right at the hotel. u can also take it to Keio plaza (runs more frequent that the one to Washington Hotel) and walk the 15 mins to the hotel. Hotel it connected by underground passage ways to Shinjuku station, great on rainy days. Will definitely stay here again, great for shoppers. close to all.

The bed was very hard, as were the pillows and it made it very hard to sleep. The room was so small and got very stuffy anytime the bathroom was used. The staff was friendly and helpful but it did not look like the pictures

The room was clean and services was great! Location was great and close to transportation and close to restaurants. The Airport bus was available at the hotel to/from the Narita or Haneda airport.

The rooms are really small. We had to upgrade as I did’t realise how small they were. Would have to climb over husband to get out of bed. Also way too hot in the rooms. Aircon controlled as one you can’t really make the room any cooler. Little uncomfortable at times throughout the night.

I stayed here recently and was disappointed. The walls were paper thin, the air conditioner didn’t work, the non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, and they only provided one small pillow. For the price, it just wasn’t worth it.
