The breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is unbeatable. Just a few minutes walk away from the major train station and subway hub. I loved that there was an underground tunnel that went to the the train station and the government building.

My stay at this hotel was fine but there was one major issue that made this hotel uncomfortable- it was too hot! It’s January and I understand the heat needs to be on, but the temperature in the room was so hot and it could not be changed apparently. I did not have control of a thermostat and there were two fans in the room that I had running constantly to try to get the air moving. Even the hallway was too warm and the windows do not open, making me feel very claustrophobic at times since there was no relief from the heat. The only thing the staff did do was send up frozen blocks to put in the cooler fan but it didn’t really help at all. I didn’t take temperature to measure it but suffice to say we are from Mexico and used to the heat and it was hot even for us. The room was probably 78 degrees Fahrenheit at least or maybe 25-26 Celsius, just an estimate based on how it felt, although very dry warmth. We only stayed here 2 nights so I didn’t really bother to try to switch rooms or go any further than just getting assistance with the fans. But the whole floor was hot, we stayed on the 17th floor. The common areas were totally fine though! No problem with air temp anywhere else but the room and hallway. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was wonderful- breakfast buffet is excellent, very central location, and lots of restaurants available nearby. Sorry to say, I will not book here again simply because of the temperature situation.

Room is clean, provides lots of toiletries at the lobby. Pajamas and slippers provided in the room. We got a nice view of the Metropolitan Govt Bdlg
Provides a safe and free luggage storage, must have your suica or passmo card to tap.
