Convenient location and clean hotel but thin walls and inadequate air conditioning. Expensive for what it is
Walking distance to Shinjuku train and bus station making going places easy. Direct route from hotel to airport via bus right outside the hotel lobby . Easy check in and Check out.
This is a large hotel. It’s about a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Close to shops and the Government building which has 2 free observation decks and a free light show on the outside of the building. Convenient for taxi, offer one waiting outside the hotel and the airport limousine bus. Buffet breakfast a good choice of Western and Japanese food. Staff very helpful. If you join their program you can check in at midday and get a free drin, beer or water.
The neighbors are really loud and rude. Yelling and drinking in their room/hallways till 5 am. Otherwise great.
(Sounds like thhey were young college kids etc, korean and japanese both)
Busy hotel with convenient access to both the quieter museums and galleries of Shinjuku as well as the more raucous nighttime entertainment of the neighborhood. Easily walkable to many subway lines. Enjoyed my stay at this property.
Hotel was good and location was great .
10 minutes away from Shinjuku station.
Rooms are very small if you have big luggage it will be difficult.
Friendly staff and safe place.

It was in a great location. Quiet yet convenient. The rooms are small but they are clean and do the job. A pleasant stay overall.
Very convenient as it’s connected to the Shinjuku train station. Nice rooms to unwind after a day exploring Tokyo.

The location is good. And that is probably the only good thing about this hotel. Where do I start? Staffers are cold. Not enough washers or dryers. Very small rooms. No one cleans our rooms for four days….. have three rooms and those rooms are far from each other….. found most things about this hotel inconvenient and depressing. Did not enjoy it at all.
The hotel has excellent amenities including face masks. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice dressing table area (at least in the women's floor rooms). Every floor has ice machines too when cu I appreciate it the summer weather.
However, the pillow was a little lumpy and the bathroom seemed to lack an extractor fan so it was always extremely damp in there. This made the floor slippy and I had to hang towels on clothes hooks in the room to hope they would dry. Some areas had not been cleaned so thoroughly in the bathroom and the wallpaper in the room was peeling. This ruined the luxurious image the hotel was striving for.
The hotel also was supposed to have deals with the restaurants for free drinks etc but even after showing my hotel card they never honored the deal on the bill and I couldn't be bothered to argue with them.
It's a nice hotel, but maybe closer to a 3.5 star than 4 star. It's still certainty nicer than most businesses hotels you can stay at in Japan but there were several things that seemed unacceptable for the price.
