Beautiful hotel, excellent location with easy access to public transit, shops & restaurants. Super courteous staff, very clean rooms. Each floor has filtered water dispenser. Microwave and laundry machines are available on 4th and 5th floor.

We loved this hotel especially the room size. There was lots of socialization space and it had such a relaxing atmosphere. As well, the location was ideal and it was easy to walk to the train or to restaurant options.

Highly recommend

The service at Shiba Park Hotel was outstanding. Easy to communicate with and very helpful—we opted to have our luggage forwarded to the next hotel and it was a breeze. The room was spacious for Tokyo, and the water pressure was incredible. Loves the short walk to Tokyo Tower and quick train ride to areas like Ginza.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We arrived walking from the subway in a surprise rainstorm and we were soaked upon arrival. They immediately offered to help with bags, gave us some towels and made check in very fast and easy. Rooms were very clean. The area itself was very quiet. Breakfast was yummy with a wide variety. Would come here again in a heartbeat.

Close to several metro stations and great restaurants. We walked everywhere. The room was cozy and had bunk beds on one side. Seating on a raised area was difficult for the elders. Bathroom is a “kit” bathroom, small, but efficient.

Hotel is beautifully maintained. Every floor has a small library and the lobby has many interesting books on all aspects of Japan. The restaurant has very nice food and service. We would definitely stay there again.
