We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Park Hotel during our final leg of our Japan trip, deciding to splurge for a room with a view of the Tokyo Sky Tower for our last five nights. Upon having an evening arrival, there was no wait for check-in, was presented with self-serve beer vouchers for being an Expedia member, and staff selflessly moved our six luggage that arrived through transport service up to our room. This was extremely kind and thoughtful, given that we had a long day of traveling! The Park Hotel’s lobby resembled an art museum, showcasing various pieces throughout the building and its hallways leading to the rooms. It’s lounging area was extremely peaceful. The view was well-worth it! Being able to see Mount. Fuji in the early morning was beautiful. Staff would check-in regularly for amenity restocks in the room. We were also offered free late check out because of our Expedia status! Great hotel that treated us with amazing hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel; its charming staff would make your visit as pleasant as they can! FamilyMart was also on the first floor, making it easy for snack trips during the late hours—an elevator straight to the hotel lobby also made us feel safe. Thank you Japan!

Clean and friendly staff. Check-in was easy as well. You have to go to the 25th floor for the hotel lobby. The 1st floor of the building is the street level and you can take the elevator up depending on which entry of the subway station you are coming from. If you get off the local U-line then you will enter from 2nd level from thebsubway tunnel into the automatic glass doors where you see the Ghibli clock on the opposite end. If your getting off Shimbashi Station then you will enter the building from the 1st level and make your way to 25th floor. You can follow the signs that says "Park hotel". I like the hote because they offer free non alcoholic beverages to guests staying in hotel. I also appreciate that you dont have to bring much toiletries since the hotel room provides the following: toothbrush/tooth paste, cotton swabs, Q tips, body scrub towel, shampoo/body soap/hair conditioner, blow dryer, 2 bottles if water in the room, coffee/tea, kettle and pajamas. All this is great because it frees up more space in your luggage for travelling around japan. Unfortunately we didnt have the chance to use our drink tickets for the lounge.

This hotel was exceptional, a museum you can stay in. I stayed in an artist's room on the 34th floor and had the opportunity to select the artwork I liked most. The view was impeccable, almost surreal. I had a tower view. The room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with two pairs of slippers and two pajama robes. Emphasizing sustainability, the amenities included eco-friendly bamboo bathroom supplies and complimentary mineral water. The hotel staff were consistently hospitable, attentive, prompt, and helpful

The rooms were extremely small and uncomfortable. The train was close and was extremely loud at all hours of the night. We tried to book a transfer two days in advance, and they apparently lost it. We had to rebook it and they sent us to the wrong place.
