Good hotel. Room wasn't large, but clean and comfortable. There was some noise from the trains constantly passing. They weren't loud and I didn't notice them during the day, but I could hear them during the night if I woke. Nice restaurants in the hotel and a short walk to shops and alternative dinning.

The staff was incredibly attentive, warm and made our stay great. The rooms were underwhelming for the rate. We appreciated that we were ginza adjacent but the staff is really the only special element in this hotel oh… and the views, of course.

Staff was very nice and helpful, only thing is shops are about ten/fifteen minutes away, but over all had a great stay ! Plus is you can get on the subway straight from the hotel passage !
