Nice clean hotel with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast buffet had a lot of good variety foods. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel location was close enough to shinjuku to be easily accessible, but far enough from the station to be in a more quiet / less chaotic neighborhood. Train line (Marinouchi) was a short distance (5 min walk) from the hotel.
This property is great, located just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku in a relatively quiet area that it actually feels pleasant to come back to after the mayhem that is Shinjuku and Shibuya. Nishi Shinjuku station is a 5 minute walk.
Rooms are somewhat on the smaller side though, upgrade if you can to the next tier of room.
Breakfast is decent, staff is super friendly and nice, very accommodating! Overall, can recommend this hotel.
Excellent location, 17 minutes walk to get to Shinjuku main area, train station is 8 minutes walk, multiple earing and shopping locations close by. Hotel is very clean and the staff is excellent
A wee bit away from the main Shinjuku shops but nice quiet area Ana few cafes only 1 block away - 1300y average taxi fare to main Shinjuku shops - 10 - 15 min ride

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
It is far away from the main locations and most of the places would required taking two subways. It is also 1 hr from the Haneda airport. making it really not convenient for someone visiting Tokyo for a 4 days. This hotel was listed as Exceptional, but I think this ranking is overrated. Nice area, quiete. The room was much smaller than anticipated compared with other hotels where I stayed that were cheaper. The breakfast was nice but the area is small so you end up bumping into each other. Laundry facilities ok, but more expensive than other hotels. Overall, clean room, smaller than other hotels with similar price. The location was too far away of main attractions and being closer to Tokyo station is saves traveller's time. Unfortunately, nothing special and the staff would not help to make reservations for bus or taxi.
I booked a family room but the room is really tight, compare to the other three hotels we stayed at during our trip. We have a difficult time opening our small luggages. But the breakfast is good, room and facility are clean, good customer service.
The staff are friendly and the property is in convenient surrounding areas. There are washers/dryers (in one machine and with built-in detergent )at the hotel.
Breakfast has many choices, and the food is great.
Only downside, hope they speak more English when we need help😉😘
Otherwise, highly recommend
Nice hotel with nice rooms..

Nice hotel in a quiet area of Shinjuku
The hotel is very clean and very nice! Not too big, but also not too small of a building. The room itself was on the smaller side, but considering as it was just me, it was totally fine. As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe in the hotel and in the surrounding area. It’s in the quieter part of the Shinjuku area, so noise or heavy street activity was never an issue. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the 2 closest subway stops (Nishi Shinjuku & Tochomae), and is conveniently located near plenty of good food options. Also a plus that there’s a 7-11 directly below the hotel, for easy access to last minute needs and snacks. Overall I enjoyed my stay!
