This was an excellent hotel stay in Tokyo! I've been to the city several times over the past few years and stayed at all sorts of hotels from 3-stars to 5-stars and this one was by far my favorite. Location/Transport: - 5min walk from Shimbashi station, very convenient - 5min walk from Higashi-Ginza station - 5min walk from Shiodome station - 8min walk from Ginza station - Taxi stop right outside - All of Ginza at your doorstep! - 8min walk from Hamarikyū Gardens - Lawson right downstairs, FamiMa and 7/11 a stone's throw away Amenities: - Luggage storage & delivery service - Currency exchange * NO laundry/dryer machines though. Cleanliness: 4.5/5 stars, you can decide how often you want your room cleaned and to what extent. Service: 5/5 stars, they have very friendly bilingual staff who are willing to meet all your needs! I did use their laundry concierge service for two special wash items and was very happy with the service. It was a little pricey but considering the speed and care with which they handled my knit dress, it was worth it for me. We did not have hotel breakfast or eat at the attached restaurant since we were in Ginza with so many other options nearby, so I cannot comment on those services. I'll definitely strongly consider this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo!

Clean but tiny room. No clear place to hang towels which was challenging. The worst part was the room smelled like cigarettes. There is a bar downstairs that allows smoking and the hotel filtration system is fairly poor. The staff was really accommodating offering to move us but the other rooms also smelled like smoke.

We only ate breakfast, which was excellent for variety, amount, quality, price, and service. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable, high tech control system. A/C worked well. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom, fully equipped. No problems during a4-night stay.
