Lovely hotel. Great service. Tiny room. The only issue we had was morning coffee. To get decent coffee, we had to get the breakfast buffet which we’re not big breakfast people. So we had to go outside of the hotel to get coffee that was better than in-room. The inclement weather made it frustrating.
I really loved the room, although small it is ergonomically designed, with beautiful city views and comfy features. Some reception staff couldnt understand English well and were not polite. The bar is horrendous - stinks of horrible cigarette smell, plastic menus, very uncosy vibe, one staff memeber was condescending, it's really nothing more than another smoking room!! Due to that you cannot have food in the hotel - restaurant booked, no room service, you would need an oxygen mask to eat in the bar!! Overall it's a great value for money though and i would stay again just for the room
The location of this hotel is unbeatable within walking distance of multiple subway stations and the main shopping area in Ginza. The room was quite small but still had everything I needed. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful and nice. Overall, great value for the money. Would definitely come back and stay here again.
A clean and sharp hotel that isn’t too far away from a train station. Even closer are the nearby streets of Ginza offering plenty of options for dining, or if you prefer something quicker, there’s a 7-11 right next door. The breakfast buffet was also good. I would return here if I want to be in Ginza again.
