The hotel staff where great and I had no issues with the facilities. There are a pair of stations close enough, but based on my own preference to move around and eat all day, I would have preferred to stay on the Ginza or Shinjuku areas next time around.

This was one the better hotels we stayed at while in Japan. The room was extremely spacious for the price👍. Able to fit 2 large suitcases in the room while open and still walk around. The room has great AC, but could use a good dusting as it was quite stuffy at first. The window openings and carpets need to be cleaned better. We liked that the garbage and recycling bins were on the larger side. Beds were comfy (not too soft and pretty firm, great for back issues) but the stuffyness of the room also applied to the bedsheets on our first night and was a little difficult for my allergies (but I'm also allergic to everything). The washroom, as with all toilets in Japan, have this strange smell from the toilet. Something we are not familiar with in Canada. An air freshener would have been great. The tv only has Japanese channels but was a smart tv that could play Netflix, Amazon Prime etc without trouble. There's also a great bakery downstairs and many convenience stores and grocery stores. Super close to the train stations as well.

I liked very much my stay at Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo. The staff was very attentive and even though they were remodeling on the 2nd floor, I did not hear anything and slept without issues. The buffet is very recommended for international tourists, lots of options to try and still familiar tastes if you are not into Japanese cuisine. I would definitely come back.
