Staff were very stale and unhelpful. We were charged twice upon check in for the room and there was little support or resolution as to when we would be given a refund. Ultimately we dealt with a financial provider to retrieve the funds.

Good stay, tiny room

Another comfortable stay at Metropolitan Edmont in Tokyo. My only complaint is that the room this time was so small, it made me claustrophobic. My husband and I had to take turns to move arund, as the space would only accommodate one of us.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel because of its convenient location. If you’re planning to explore Tokyo, this is the place to be. The room is a bit small and has a more traditional hotel feel, rather than reflecting Japan’s finest traditions.

The staff was welcoming and friendly but wasn't happy that we were charged an extra $100 cad for each child. Selected correct ages during booking and room had 4 beds but was still charged extra. I wouldn't have booked if I know it would cost nearly $600 per night.

Solid mid-range hotel

Very good standard of cleanliness overall. A little dusty in some harder to reach areas. Excellent location, nestled between numerous well connected stations. Got us practically anywhere in Tokyo in a little under 30 minutes. The room is also slightly larger than a normal business hotel room.

Fabulous hotel, close to Idabashi station. Conveniently close to multiple konbini (convenient stores) and several restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were always clean and stocked with new toiletries and bottled water daily. The rooms are a little smaller than what you'd expect from looking at the images, but they served us just fine for our 9-day stay. My husband is 6’4”, and we both fit comfortably on the queen bed (he did have to watch his head coming in and out of the doorways, but we were expecting this to be a common issue anywhere). Overall, I would absolutely stay again.

We stayed here for the Tokyo Marathon. It was a 4 minute walk to the Tozi line, which was a 15-25 min Subway ride to just about anywhere we wanted to go, including the start line. It was quiet and clean. We loved all the dining options, especially the Patisserie. The Family Mart across the street was great for quick snacks and lunch and the shopping center behind the hotel had a couple of great options. The property had a great lounge area and fitness center (with foam rollers and soaking tubs for after marathon!) Highly recommend!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, everywhere was very clean and the buffet breakfast was lovely, so much choice and all delicious! There are two metro stations nearby and lots of convenience stores just outside the hotel.

The best hotel i have stayed at so far, was walking distance to lots of food places near metro and other eating stores. Was super clean and safe and staff went beyond making our stay better. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to tokyo to stay here . Was amazing
