The location is great. The staff are excellent. The hotel was clean and has great amenities. The breakfast was very good but the dining was overpriced and seems like leftovers from breakfast. I would stay here again.

The location is excellent — just steps from the subway station, large shopping malls, great restaurants, and 24-hour convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke good English. You can even purchase airport bus tickets to Haneda and Narita directly at the front desk. The bus stop is conveniently located right at the hotel entrance.

We recently stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and professional staff. The room was a comfortable size for Tokyo—compact but had everything we needed. The bathroom was a bit small, but clean and functional. A major plus is the low-cost airport shuttle bus from Narita Terminal 1 that stops near the hotel—super convenient if you have a lot of luggage and want to avoid transfers. The location is excellent, right next to a metro station for easy access to the city, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s even a TULLY'S Coffee right next door, perfect for a quick coffee or breakfast. Overall, it’s a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Tokyo. Highly recommended!
