the stay was overall OK. Kind of outdated rooms. Pillows were quite uncomfortable. Service was good but when informing the staff of needing tattoo coverage to access the onsen baths the staff was frugal and informed me they could provide 5 pieces when I most likely needed 30. Why is this lackluster service? Because I did not have this issue with the staff at any other hotel during the same trip in Japan. All other hotels offered as many tattoo cover patches as I requested. That said, the stay was OK and location is great but we will be looking for other options next time in Tokyo.

A room for 2 people should not have a Queen bed with one side against the wall….hard to get in and out of. Terrible, heavy pjs and no bathroom amenities. Also had to use room towel for public bath so had no towel for am shower. Wouldn’t stay here again

Great hotel!

From the moment we walked in, the staff couldnt have been nicer. The hotel reception and lobby areas were beautiful and you will understand why it has the name "Garden". Fabulous flower displays and furniture. The room looked exactly like the pictures. The beds were large and it had nice amenities, including providing plugs for any/every type of connector you may need. Bathroom was clean and had great water pressure. Loved the heated toilet seat! Good environmental focus. The hotel itself was in a great location within the Ginza area.

Wonderful hotel to start our honeymoon in! The room was up to date, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed walking around and exploring Ginza/Tokyo from this hotel. The service was great and we really enjoyed our stay!
