Fantastic stay with family - 2 adults and a young child. The room (Premier Grand Suite twin) was spacious, very clean and comfortable with an amazing view over the city. It was very well sound proofed, as we were not disturbed by any external noise and the air conditioning was also quiet. Very good facilities and a nice shower and bath. Lovely food available via room service and in the restaurants. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located for sightseeing and close to train and tube stations. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options for different kinds of food. Spectacular hotel! Location, the staff - checkin, bell hop, massage at Sky Salon, the Bride - Groom kimono experience, pharmacy/ drugstore, housekeeping, and basically everyone we encountered. It was great to have Airport Limo stop directly at hotel, and a free DisneySea bus ride. Discounts at Keio department store. Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building with 360 views at tower (free) and evening light show on the building. So much to offer just in Shinjuku.
