Not really impressed. Breakfast ends too early and staff will ask you to leave at 10 am sharp. No extension even on weekends. Same menu every day ;( and no sofa in the lounge. Basically no place to sit and wait for your family or friends. Location wise, only good thing is the limousine stops in front of the hotel. But hotel is not so close to station. Expected more for the price we paid. Unlikely to stay here again.

The only thing i can complain are the sheets and pillows of the bed. Comparing the perfect score i can give on everything else in this hotel. This is the only part that it lacks. You can leave all your toiletries at home, they even have that covered and not cheaply.

Excellent stay at this property. It all started with Julien at check in providing outstanding customer service & making us feel welcome. This property is so well situated with close proximity to food, dining & shopping along with the JR stations. It’s in such a quiet location that you feel like you are in a different world to what is only a 5 minute walk away. The 47th floor Sky view are is spectacular & we watched the light show on the government buildings from there. It’s a big hotel but you don’t feel crowded at all. Lawsons store on site. Such a great layout. Simply superb.

Check-in was smooth, and staff was very helpful. Most staff members spoke English, breakfast buffet was delicious, we had a wonderful stay with our family. I would recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo.

The staff was amazing. The common areas were beautiful. The rooms are a bit outdated and the gym was very small and crowded. I wish the breakfast was more gluten friendly and the internet was a bit spotty making it challenging to work.
