Really nice hotel with friendly staff and fairly large rooms. Can’t beat the location, so close to Shinjuku Station with a lot of local bars and restaurants within walking distance. With it being winter, the pool was closed and there is no onsen on-site.

Our room was good sized, especially since rooms in Japan are typically much smaller than the United States. The hotel had a floor with washer/drying machines and a microwave. We had an excellent view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building which has light projections at night. The hotel had a 711, restaurants, shops and some art displays to enjoy. The airport limousine bus stops directly at the hotel, which was a perk when booking our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend and stay at again.

Whilst this hotel gives the impression of grand appearance Behind this its somewhat lacking and grandness.This was our fifth hotel on this stay and I must say I spent one night in the jal Hotel Nagoya and this was much better All the staff are very pleasant and helpful here, Looking at the pictures when booking did think we were in for a nice comfortable stay in a reasonable location. We was on the 21st floor the high floors in Japan is not uncommon. However firstly the room was very dated the beds were like sleeping on concrete unbearable no sleep at all. The bathroom was of very poor standard dated shower over the bath terrible. I have just re looked at the pictures on Expedia can’t see pictures of the bathroom only the really grand ones I can understand why now . The superior twin room looks a lot nicer than the one I was in. They had five lifts in the building we where in due to the volume off rooms you could wait for some time for lifts. In the morning they stop you from using these lift's And a single lift is used and controlled by an attendant Not sure why probably to control the flow of guests to the restaurant, One glass restaurant has one coffee machine be prepared to queue Other restaurant has seating areas away from main restaurant area lots of walking up and down they have chefs cooking different items one doing omelets and one doing fried eggs he would just cook the eggs up and leave them on little plates sometimes ten at a time yes they where cold

Always easy and care free. We arrived 4 hours before check in and unfortunately we're unable to secure an early check in. Totally fine as they stored our luggage for us and was an extremely easy check in. 4th time staying at Keio and always a pleasure.

Triple room was large and enough for 3 adults and 1 baby (in crib). Excellent toiletries/amenities in room and breakfast buffet is worth it in terms of an add-on. It's close to restaurants and the keio department store, but its a far walk from kabukicho and shopping area. Quiet, safe neighbourhood and staff are super polite

Loved this hotel! The hotel staff were so kind and amazing. The room was clean and the amenities were great. I booked a Premier Grand room and absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in Tokyo.
