The room needs improvement, if they kept up the rooms at par to the rear of hotel which was great I’d consider staying here again. The rooms were outdated, no USB ports few outlets and the bathroom was very dated.

Nice room and amenities. All staff very helpful and friendly. Access to club lounge is a great benefit with lovely views. Good location too.

Room was big and very clean but a little outdated. HOWEVER, we had an awesome view of mount fuji. We also received 10% discount at the hotel’s restaurants, nice perk! Hotel staff is AMAZING!
