My wife and I have stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo multiple times, and it continues to be our favorite in the city. The location is incredibly convenient—just minutes from Shinjuku Station, with easy access to dining, shopping, and transit. On our recent stay, we booked a Grand Premier Room with Club Lounge access, which was spacious, elegant, and offered beautiful city views. The Club Lounge provided a quiet escape with excellent breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. Service is consistently warm and professional. Keio Plaza remains our go-to choice for comfort, convenience, and quality in Tokyo.

We enjoyed our stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo. The location was very convenient to Shinjuku Station and the area had lots of restaurants close by. Being close to the station made it easy to access other areas of Tokyo. The hotel lobby is very beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s nice that there was a shuttle bus to Narita Airport. The one thing that I think could be improved is the bathrooms. We spent two weeks traveling around Japan and this hotel was the only one that did not have a large Japanese bath/shower room. An improved bath/shower and the amenities that go with it like Japanese washcloths would be greatly appreciated.

The hotel is conveniently located in Kyoto Station making it easy to reach all the major sights. This was important to us. In addition, the tours we did also met near the station. The hotel rooms are a little dated but the staff are wonderful. There are lots of food options nearby.

Decently sized rooms and great location, on the “quieter” side of Shinjuku. Perfect for a stay with a young family. Would definitely recommend. Very easy to walk to station, shops, etc. Bed was a little too firm - we had 3 king singles which was perfect for us however.

I loved everything about this hotel but I can’t give it 5 stars. I paid quite a bit for this nice hotel but I felt like I got cheated when I walked into our room for the first time. The pictures of the rooms show their best and most modern. Our room was spacious for a Japanese hotel, but the bathroom was not like the pictures…not as modern with no glass shower. The hotel itself is in a great location and has an elegant lobby. Really enjoyed the 7/11 and personally, the Jurin breakfast buffet was THE BEST breakfast I’ve ever experienced at a hotel EVER!!

Booked a Premier Grand Suite as a special treat. Enormous, tasteful ly appointed rooms. Separate living room,walk-in closet, 2 toilet rooms, large bath with separate shower and bath tub. Two big screen TVs. Panoramic 40th floor views of Tokyo. Access to coverage floors,,with lavish breakfast buffets included. Everything was spotless. Helpful uniformed greeters, servers, everywhere.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The room is clean but the headboard was dirty. There was built up dirt inside the head board. Also, on the 2nd night the 2nd bed was left unfinished when being made. The employees were very kind!!
