This hotel is great. It is right next to the Sensoji temple, which is a 5 minute walk. The rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly. We also found that the airport limousine has a pickup spot from this hotel which was very convenient. We had breakfast included which was great. It was a pretty big spread with a lot of options and they are open till 10 am which is great when you are jet lagged. Our only gripe was that the beds were a bit hard/uncomfortable.

Close to everything, parking a little confuse but easy to access, view is nice. Bakery taste good, but cheese item not hot enough,

Stayed on 19th floor with Sky Tree view. Friendly staff, greeting when walking by and help open front and elevator doors. Short walk to Senso-Ji temple, street markets and grocery stores. 25 minutes walk to Sky Tree or Tokyo National museum. Airport Limousine Bus stop at the front door to and from airports for ¥1,300 per person. I took taxi to HND cost ¥10,175.

Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Not the most comfortable beds. But overall nice. Breakfast had a lot of options but was very busy.

Amenities features are a little bit misguiding. On the website, the gym and pool are listed as amenities included for the accommodation. But it turns out the pool and gym are membership only.

I loved the view of the city! It was a grand hotel, staff was very friendly and kind! The rooms were nice and big, it was in such a great location to lots of shops and restaurants.

Great location, steps away from Senso-ji shrine. We had amazing views of the Tokyo Skytree. Rooms are big but they are dated. Service is amazing. Overall would recommend to anyon wanting to stay

Great location and lots of comfort

Great location in Asakusa minutes from the biggest temple and thousands of places to eat and shop. Fun and easy location and easy to get to from Haneda. Excellent staff and the bed is comfortable. Good location to get to Oeno and Ginza. Loved my view of the sky tower.
